This place is a piece of trash. They are selling used cars that have been in accidents and sell them without telling you the immense damage that was done internally within the car. In doing so they are tricking you into signing a sold as is so they get paid without really caring about their customers. We had bought a Black Chrysler 300C and buying from this place is the worst decision that I could have done. Do not give these people your money!!! I wish I can give them zero stars!!!

I made an appointment at 6 pm with John Ortiz. John was waiting there to greet me at the door. He was pleasant, professional and knowledgable. I was treated with the utmost respect. I bought a 2016 Kia Forte that same evening. The other employees were also friendly and helpful. My car was delivered with a full tank of gas. John accompanied me to my new car, made sure he answered all my questions. My experience was positive-​uplifting. I thank John Ortiz for his hard work, honesty and genuine desire to make a difference.

I wish I didn’t have to give them a star because they don’t deserve one. I went a year ago to look at a car something came up I told the sales guy to call me and he never did so I got my car from another dealership (excellent experience at Rick Case). I went today for service I made a 1:30 appoints past week arrived early and was told to wait until my appointment time. I waited and soon discovered that on a Saturday they only had one service advisor. I explained the situation issue I was having and he said they would check my tires (every week a different tire was low per the TPMS sensor) they took my car back to check the tires 20 minutes later he comes in and tells me all 4 tires were low but my light wasn’t on and I told him that again going over the issues he then explained in a condescending tone how temperature affects tire pressure. I could not believe they told 20 plus mins to put air in my tires and didn’t even check the sensors. I told him that and was ignored. I went into speak with the manager and basically got nowhere fast he didn’t care and didn’t want to hear it. This dealership is horrendous and I would suggest that everyone stay away.

I was shopping for a car. I went to several auto dealers. After an almost one week of searching, I landed in Kia Hollywood. I ready had in mind what kind of car and budget I was up to. Upon arrivalrl I was greeted by a employed who called a salesman. The salesman took me inside of a beautiful, clean and well maintained facility. I do explained to the sales person the car and budget I had in mind. The salesman took me to the patio, after half hour of seen cars I remind him the car I was interested. We back to the inside office then sales manager come and offer to help me. Again I explain myself what kind of car I was looking for they told me the car was in another lot. They offerd to took me to inspect the prospect car. We agreed to meet outside. After 15 minutes waiting on an heat of almost 98 degrees I decided to drive around thinking that I lost the salesman. Nothing. The salesman doesn’t appeared nowhere. Finals I take off, driving the block around, suddenly I saw the sales person standing outside with another customer I left feeling that my business was not appreciated. Real bad experience.

Worst costumer service ever. My leased 2015 kia broke down on a Sunday so I called the Kia roadside assistance that is provided for free with the lease and was advise to tow it to the dealership and speak to the manager on duty for a loaner. When I arrived they advised me that the service department was closed and I wouldn’t be able to get a loaner until someone from the service department called me on Monday or Tuesday. Completely ignorant about it and currently I have been waiting for 30 minutes to speak to the manager on duty. I will NEVER do business here again after this lease is up. Every interaction I’ve had with the employees here has been terrible.

I will never bring my car back to this dealership for servicing. I used to love bringing my car here, but Their customer service seems to not matter anymore. I’m very disappointed in the way I was treated by the service manager Byron. He told me one thing and then did not keep his word.

bought a used truck, 2 months later the engine went. They sold me a warranty that will not cover it…

If you’re in the market for a new or used car you owe it to yourself to NOT go to this dealership. My experience is based on a used car that I purchased from here but I can safely assume they treat all their customers this way. Although the carfax reported no accidents, I found out after I purchased my car that it was missing major standard safety features to the extent that I did not feel safe behind the wheel. I paid out of pocket to make the car safe again and the dealership will not take responsibility for their mistake. The treatment I received after the fact from Yair and the GSM Devin has been atrocious. I feel sorry for any of the decent people that buy a car from here. The other negative reviews are right, avoid this dealership at all costs. I wish I could rate them lower.

Please beware, service personnel will add services without convent and try to bill you for the service after — the service department operates like a scam to nickel and dime you.
4.21 Visit — This place is severely understaffed and employees who are here are rude, do not respect appointment times and don’t really care about you. They just want to move on to the next customer. The wait time is so ridiculous you might as well come 1hr late (but call to check in).
Only reason I keep coming is because I have a hybrid that can’t be serviced elsewhere and other licensed dealers are far.

I agree with the other negative reviews. I will never go back. I am going to describe my experience in great detail because I was taken advantage of and dont want others to experience this. DISCLAIMER: this was my first time buying from a dealer and I did my research and was prepared but I was not prepared for them to lie to my face. I went to buy a used vehicle from them and was shown a decent car for a good price so I purchased it. During the test drive I felt a little something off with the wheel. The saleman assured me that it was probably a bearing and their service department would take care of it. Each time I reminded him about the issue he assured me it would be taken care of. I received a «we owe» note describing the problem. Upon purchase I went directly to the service department. The mechanic moved the car 10 feet and said «im not gonna waste your time looking at it i know whats wrong its gonna be about 300 dollars. Imagine surprise when I realize the «we owe» was not to fix, but to check the car. Upon having the car looked at by my mechanic I discovered this issue has TSB indicating its a very common problem with the car. Either the car was not inspected before being offered for sale (which i was assured it was) or they didnt care enough to inform me of issue (it was a very obvious issue and their service department knew the issue without even looking under the hood) i would not have purchased the car if i had known. They deny, send you to other departments, and make you wait. Not to mention IT TOOK OVER 3 HOURS for me to actually buy the car and I paid cash so the finance manager took about 5 mins. They are sneaky and dishonest. Unless you are buying a brand new kia from them i would avoid at all costs. You will not win and they will not care. Lesson learned.

Words cannot describe how much this place sucks. This is the worst dealership in the world. Do not buy a car here. You will regret it. They do not return calls and they took 2 weeks to get me my title! The rotors were shit in the car and the clutch needed replacing. And upon delivery the cars gas tank was on E with the light on. These people are savages. Seriously stay away

Purchased 2015 Mustang GT for 33k last week from Kia Dealer Hollywood. Called Jack on Thursday explaining that vehicle was stranded with two unserviceable back tires. One flat due to cracks the other tire wobble due to was wrong size. Jack said he would call back within two hours… never happened. He didn’t call Friday, sat, or sun. I called him on Monday asking for tire replacements. He basically told me tough they would not replace tires and basically indifferent about being stranded. He did offer to sell me new tires if I made it back to Hollywood Kia. Shocked that they would be ok sending customer on road with unsafe vehicle.

Just bought a 2010 Toyota Prius from them last night and can’t say enough good things about the sales associate, Mike Boudreaux. I have bad credit due to a divorce and he was able to get me financing. I found everyone at the dealership to be very professional and helpful. I bought a vehicle known for mechanical reliability and fuel economy, so I don’t expect any major mechanical issues. That seems to be the source of most complaints here on Unilocal.I will update if anything goes awry but right now I am very happy I sent for a test drive there and left with the Prius I wanted!

Disgusting people with no intention to sell you a good car, but just to sell you a working car. And when they do sell you a crappy car, they don’t claim responsibility.

I have contacted this dealership for over a month now and because their paperwork in storage or organization is so bad, they cannot find the original paperwork of the sale of the van they sold me. There is still a lien on the vehicle after four years of paying in cash. The woman in the office Jane has never called me back once this entire time. I have left a message a couple of times for the manager I was told his name is Jon Leavy and he too has failed to contact me.

horrible customer service, every visit is at least an hour wait. The receptionist at the front desk is clearly clueless, all she does is ask you to sit and flirts or hold conversations w/​other employees. I got called in to come and collect my license plate & tag information, I arrived, got seated and waited 1 hour & 32 minutes for someone to tend to me. As I sit and look around all I see are disgruntled, waiting customer. Their sales ppl are exceptional but waiting for service or to get something, takes an entire day. So clear your schedules folks and get ready to camp out!

This place sucks!!! Horrible service I went to get my steering wheel changed due to chipping which my power train warranty covers, and the service department never even put the part in. They held my car over night and didn’t even look at it. The service advisor is full of sh** They said they put in the part and it would take 3 – 4 days but two weeks later goes by and the part guys said that part was never put in. Also every service advisor there sucks they don’t know a single thing about cars and try getting you to buy things you don’t need. I will never go back to this dump! It’s not even worth half a star. Plus every time you call they either hang up on you or put you on hold then hang up! And blame it on you lol this place is a joke and so is every worker there.

These people are crooks they sold us a car that had been in a previous accident with frame damaged and didn’t disclose that to us so now I’m paying 22,000 for a car that’s worth only 3,000 don’t ever buy a car from them

I bought my very first car from this dealership but since then I’ve repeatedly gone to the service center due to my engine light coming on with no other major issue to the car. First, the mechanics suspected it was bad gas. Then it was the throttle body. Then the ignition coil. I brought the car back in a couple of days ago to have them replace it as the part had been delivered. Now according to them and Corporate, my computer needs to be replaced! How can a vehicle that’s not yet 20,000 miles already need a new computer? And why did it take 6 months to figure this out? I give the service dept 3 stars for putting in some effort and concern for my car.

If it were possible to give no stars, or better yet, negative stars, I would! Don’t trust this dealership! They are not reputable and do not stand behind the lemon cars they are selling. Run fast!
