Breach of contract, this a/c company is not a good company to deal with. I am a woman that is disabled and do home dialysis every night. My brand new ac-unit stopped working. I call Intergra to come out to fix the problem and no call and no show. After waiting in a 90% house I passed out from the heat and had to be rush out of there to stay with a relative. Calling and waiting and begging the manager to please send someone out… no return call from Sarah. I had no choice but to call a friend to help me out to get my air conditioner working so I can return home. 9pm two days later after my ex-coworker showed up, so did Integra. I got a call after that and was told they would not come out and honor the contract. Zack Jones who is the chief of operations Said I must give him five referrals before he would deal with this matter. Omg! Really Zack?
