The employees here are really nice and know my order by heart. This is this only review I’ve ever given lol that’s how much I like them.

Great customer service! Not only are the sandwiches delicious, but the customer service is beyond compare. My office ordered almost 100 sandwich/lunch boxes on short notice and Lamont(the awesome manager), Scott and the rest of the team were so helpful from start to finish. From their patience with us trying to coordinate different orders for so many people, to labeling the boxes by our employee’s names, to carrying the boxes out to our car, they were resourceful and happy to help — in a word, PHENOMENAL! Even though this location is out of my way, I will be going back to this location as often as possible. Customer service like this is rare and greatly, greatly appreciated. Thank you all so much!

The only thing I like about this place is the country music they play. Waits are long(9 deep with 4 workers on??) as I am typing this. For the price point, I would rather get Subways or Quiznos. And they don’t have much veg options — really just one. PASS!

You want a quick tasty sub at a great price? Go here. I like it Mike’s way, but I tell they EASY on the liquids– they like to drench your sub… get it wet. Nice people working there. No frills, get in get out, get unhungry.

my interaction with this employee right now is absolutely unbelievable. he pretty much said«HUH» 30+ times every time I asked anything and on top of it could barely lift his arms to make my sandwich. it was almost as if he was trying to make me feel bad for coming in a half hour before the place closes. there’s only two people working, I see no manager, place is dirty with stuff all over the floor. my bread was also hard and not fresh at all. pretty terrible experience for almost $ 14 and the screen has the audacity to ask for a tip… yeah. not happening. let me make something crystal clear: any job you do, you should do your best. no matter what it is. not for a company, a co-worker or your boss. but for your own self worth. there are MILLIONS of jobs on earth and it makes no sense to work one that obviously makes you miserable and then you take it out on us, the customer. I’m not coming back to this location. do your job, do it well and grow up. if you can’t handle making sandwiches and speaking actual worlds without mumbling then you’re probably going to have a rough life with everything it is that you do. I hope you got to get home quickly so you could play PS4 while I ate my overpriced sandwich and get talked to like I was making you shovel coal into an oven or something so drastic that you would be SOOOO exhausted that making a turkey sandwich is so overwhelming. I know man. it’s so hard to be at work on a Friday. do us a favorite and quit. thanks for nothing. management: contact me.

Came in here on my lunch break I never been to a jersey mikes ever just so the guy making the subs could laugh at me with another costumer just because I ask him a question about a sub I was trying to tell him about a sub I wanted but instead he kept laughing at me and not being helpful at all very rude to laugh at me I really wanted the sub but not with this Customer service and to be laughed at. I never been to a place where they worker has done this to me.

One of my favorite places ruined by a rude and incompetent staff. I walked in today to get my usual sandwich that I’ve gotten there a hundred times before only to find the staff completely focused on a ball game instead of their customers. I watched as one order was messed up after another and then the final hammer came down when my order was made incorrectly. Made me the entirely wrong sandwich and when I commented on how maybe they should be paying more attention to the customers than the TV then all hell broke loose. I was cursed at. I was told I shouldn’t be talking and that they didn’t wanna hear my crap. Yes one of them actually used the word crap in a food business. Never again will I step foot here. While I love the sandwiches there I will look elsewhere. Customer service at its worst. What a shame.

This place is a joke. For the 3rd time today i called and ordered for pickup and when i got here the sandwich wasn’t even in the process of being made. I even came 10 minutes late. What really buggs me is that they had to retake my order, the guy on the phone had completely ignored me. For the 3rd time. And to top it off they got my order wrong… Again. Save yourself a few white hairs and skip this place. The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because ive had good experiences at other locations.

This is literally the worst Jersey Mike’s in all of LA. There are 5 people behind the counter(1 taking orders, 1 slicing meats/cheeses, 1 assembling the toppings, 1 wrapping, and 1 cashier) and somehow they still seem to the slowest, messiest sandwich makers in town. I am so disappointed that I work on this block and unfortunately crave these subs a couple times a week. I know these kids just need a job, but they’re terrible at it. I could hop in and do a better job in my first hour. To the manager: you’re equally as terrible for hiring such idiots. The only reason I gave any stars is because the sandwiches are damn good.

The soundtrack is on point & the staff loves what they do — what an awesome way to combat Hollywood road rage… Great, fresh sammies for my buddies, a whole bunch of fab throwback tunes & greeted by warm & accommodating smiles. Thank you Kashala. I’m botching your name, but I got mad love for you & your nostalgia — especially on an otherwise pretty rough day. You a #ladyboss. Thank you.

I was craving tuna fish for some reason, who knows… maybe I needed the protein and happened to be out in the neighborhood for lunch and thought I’d give up on the idea until we walked right past Jersey Mike’s and remembered they had opened this location quite awhile back. I stopped in to see if they had tuna and sure enough, they did! All of their deli meats and cheeses are sliced upon order which is a nice touch. I’d never had a sandwich from here and wasn’t sure on the size so I went with a regular which might as well had been a giant, next time I’ll definitely go for the mini which will be plenty. I asked for yellow mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, yellow peppers and provolone(an extra charge) on wheat bread. The sandwich was very fresh, as was the bread. While I never considered stopping in here, ever! I am now a fan and will surely consider them if I ever want to grab a sandwich from somewhere nearby. Service was quick and friendly. Good stuff!

I stopped by this place on the way home and I have to say, the results were impressive. I’ve been going to Subway for years, so you can imagine the shock I experienced when I saw the size of the sub I was getting for $ 8.95! The size/type was equivalent to ½ a Subway sub($ 6.95 for a FULL12″ at Subway). I was skeptical to say the least. When I got home I dug in and that’s when the few extra dollars meant nothing to me anymore. By far better than Subway! Delicious, old-school grinder… the way I grew up eating back east. I will say this, make sure you keep an eye on them, because it is true what another reviewer wrote; there is a lot of employee back and forth going on and had I not been watching, my order would not have been the way I asked for it. That said, because I was watching with a keen eye… they got that extra star from me. A FIVEBAGGER for this east coast joint!

Sandwiches are decent whenever the staff get the orders correct which is rare. I think McDonald’s employment rejects wind up here.

The service is good. They seem to have a good system going on that gets food out efficiently. This place is definitely for meat lovers. I got the Veggie wrap and wasn’t too impressed. I don’t mind spending $ 8 on a wrap, but if so I’d hope that there would be more than 3 ingredients in there. If that doesn’t bother you feel free to go there as a vegetarian. I’ll probably stick to Subway or the Chipotle down the street.

I’m not a fan of fast food type sandwich shops but if I had to choose a favorite it would be Jersey Mike’s. I prefer it over Subway, Togo’s and Quiznos. They often email out coupons to save $ 1 which is a pretty good deal for a $ 5 or $ 6 sandwich. They also have a downloadable app which you can have them scan at the register, after you accumulate a certain number of points, I believe you get a free sandwich… I love incentives. My favorite sandwich is the Chicken Salad sandwich on wheat bread, yum!!! If you add avocado to it, it’s even better. I also tried the California Club — it has turkey, provolone, bacon and avocado. Not the healthiest but it was deeeeelish. The best part of their sandwich is the bread, I feel the bread can make or break a sandwich. They have both hot and cold sandwiches, wraps, and you can make any sandwich into a salad(for those watching their carb intake). They carry Miss Vickie’s potato chips which is another plus. I believe the shop validates your parking, you can access the lot off a little street called Morningside Court. There is a nice outdoor patio to enjoy the beautiful So Cal weather while enjoying your delicious sandwich.
