my car kept dying and wouldn’t restart. I went to three other places before Jumbo’s and each one kept telling me different things. I wasted over a thousand dollars with the other places and the problems still wasn’t corrected. Jumbo’s fixed it right the first time. i also appreciate their customer pick-​up and drop-​off service. me and my old Buick are only going to Jumbo’s from now on !

Great customer service. Car was dropped off overnight. By the time I called in before 8am they already had the car in and ready for technician. Got call by 9:30am with early diagnosis. Got an update after the full inspection. Got a 1:30 call with update if status and likely finish time.
Really impressed with the professionalism and the good work. Highly recommend using them. I know I’ll go back for regular maintenance.

We found Jumbo Automotive after driving by and seeing their AAA guarantee logo. We chose them because we were out of options, don’t like other places we’ve gone to, they have AAA discount and gave us a reasonable repair estimate compared to 3 other places. We had some trepidation as we had no personal referrals to them however none of the concern was warranted. They did EXCELLENT work on our car, at the price given and the time promised. The office was immaculate. We really liked the owner (?) Hiam, who was easy to work with, professional and accomodating. We even checked out their secondary facility (not so immaculate but it’s where all the body work is done so isn’t expected to be) and met the body work mechanic and felt entirely that we were in good hands. If all automotive repair/​body work companies were like Jumbo, these folks would not have such a bad reputation. We intend to continue to use Jumbo for all our automotive needs.

Satisfied with the overall service: slow but high quality. Bring a snack– nothing is within walking distance except Jacks Hollywood Diner — when not filming a show for USA Network
