After having an argument with the manager a very rude woman, because they quoted me a Hummer for 385.00 for a one way trip and at the end, she say the quote didn’t matter, and that she could change it if she wanted to. To get back to me she sent me a VERY OLD, BEAT UP, SMELLY, below standard Limo. The car had a very disgusting odor. The driver tried his best, but was not dressed up to the occasion. We even decided to follow the limo, because we’re feeling uneasy. We were not happy. All the other drivers and limos from the other companies were spotless and for half of the price. WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED! I will not recommended this company, I bet they lasted that long because someone else was managing.

I hired them for my daughter’s senior prom! The most exciting night of her life so far. I had 16 kids here waiting for the limo. 15 minutes before he was supposed to be here I get a phone call from «the driver» who says he has no air conditioning. He would call the company to get another limo and call me back — -never did. I call the company and she tells me she is going to call the driver and then call me back – never did! I called again, spoke to someone else who said he will call me right back – never did ! We had to call parents to transport these dressed up kids to the prom! They ruined the kid’s prom. I would NEVER call them again

Booked a 10 passenger stretch limo to go to see Buffett at the Cruzan Amphitheater back in April. Reserved months in advance, agreed to the price of $ 480, sent Amex payment. One hour before my pick up at 5:04 pm, I was called and told that my limo had a slipping transmission and was asked if I would mind switching to an SUV. I didn’t want to, but with one hour’s notice, I had no choice. Lincoln Navigator showed up, with a cracked windshield and a baby seat. This was not the experience I contracted for. Driver was very young and inexperienced. Nice guy but had no idea how to get to the arena. We directed him from the back seat. When we arrived at the venue, because were not in a LIMO, he was directed to the back of the venue, where we were dropped off with about a 15 minute walk to the gate. Again, not the experience I contracted for. If the driver had been more insistent with the gate attendant, he could have told him he was just dropping us off and could have driven to the front. But we were dropped in the back with all the tailgaters. Again, no huge deal, but I paid for a stretch limo to take us to the door.
a few days later, I talked to the owner, who offered me a $ 100 off or another limo ride. I disputed the full charge with Amex saying I was willing to pay $ 280 not $ 480 but the limo company contested and submitted a letter with clear lies as to what happened, even saying we refused to pay for parking, thats why we were dropped in the back. Truth: Parking at the event was free. Owner also stated to Amex that he told me the limo was in an accident while he told me it had a transmission problem. later when i spoke with him, he indicated that ⁴⁄₂₆ was prom night and that he was short Limos. That’s the real reason I was given a used SUV.
bottom line: we were given the equivalent of an airport drop, not a concert limo experience and I was only asking for a 30 percent credit. Despite the disappointing night, I tipped the driver $ 28 cash even though there was a tip included in the price.
What can I say, Buyer, booker beware.
