I wish there was a NOSTAR, this company acts like they are doing you a favor to take your money, working by phone the agents don’t call back, email takes 2 or 3 days to get back to you. I started with this company years ago and had a great agent, now if I need anything no one calls back, no one knows who my agent is. Also don’t expect your information to be correct, I can do a better job than who they have working there now. It is common sense to type the correct phone number and address on a contract of insurance that is about to be bound. As you can see, I feel like a monkey can do a better job than this companies employees
