Had Alex out to cook for a party of 50+. His service and food were great and everyone raved about the seafood paella! Only complaint people had was that they wish they would have came more hungry so they could eat more. Had plenty of left overs which were great for days. Alex arrived on time and was ready to go as promised. Highly recommend and I will definitely have him out again for engagements.

The paella is delicious and Alex made it a great family event with his great service and experience. We all enjoyed it specially to see how he prepared everything in front of us.
Would highly recommend it to anybody!!!
Next time I will also try the veggie you offered.

Great paella and awesome service. Totally recommended! We had a party and Alex prepared the paella right in front of us, it was very entertaining as well as educative. The rice was cooked to perfection and a perfect amount of seafood and chicken was added. A smaller vegetarian paella was also prepared and it had nothing to envy against the meaty one!
