Pizza Hut

Delivery was HORRIBLE! I ordered online at 912 pm. The delivery driver called me and I realized one number on my address was incorrect so I cslled the number back and think went to a store associate. I explained the situation and she proceeds to tell me they dont deliver to yhe address, when this is false Ive gotten delivery before. She says drivers on their way, then proceeds to call me back another 2 times and said you said street correct. I said no all i changed was one number. Long story short a gentleman called and I could barely understand him confirming my address had an address all incorrect. When he finally arrived almost 2 hours later he had the old number address and street instead of avenue so he was probably driving around aimlessly… last time I order pizza at pizza hut. Oh and BTW the pizza was then cold and they delivered boned wings swimming in sauce when I ordered no bones. We both got sick. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

Worst pizza place ever; I bought a pizza to get delivered an hour ago and still haven’t get it, So we called and asked about it and so it happens it hasn’t even left the store yet. Apparently they are really «busy» cause they dolphins played 8 hours ago (and lost), at least that’s they excuse I got.

Consistent issues with delivery and food quality. A recent order was canceled because the could not get me on the phone. I was told the driver could not find the house. The numbers are 6″ high and lighted — they have been here 16 times July when we bought the place. The house has been here since 1986. This is not the first time. I think that when they get busy, it is a practice of theirs to simply not deliver and then wait for the calls. This has only happened when I did not prepay for the food.
Additionally, the order I made prior to this one had to be remade and redelivered because it was wrong — and cold. I wish I could order from another location for delivery; I do like Pizza Hut, just not this one. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!!!
