I have been going to Preferred Automotive for many many years. Frank is honest and always takes GREAT care of myself and my family. I refer all my friends there as well. His staff is friendly and helpful as well. No matter what the problem is he always will fix it and NEVER try to up sell you anything that is not needed. YOU ROCK FRANK! :)

Once in awhile you meet a business owner who knows good business. They’re polite have integrity and appreciate their customers. Frank is one of those people. And on top of that, he is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and I like that since I am too.

It’s unusual to find an honest automotive shop. Frank the owner is the exception to that. Totally honest and trustworthy. I’ve been going there for over a year now without having to worry.

My husband and I are new to the area, so finding a mechanic in a new town is not exactly my favorite chore. :(I called at around 9:30 to report the problem, I asked approx. how long it would take. The owner Frank was very nice and honest and told me he really could not quote me a time without an appropriate diagnosis. The car was shaking and shifting as if the transmission was slipping. :(So I brought the car in around 10:45am and was out by noon. As a woman, I DREAD going to a mechanic. Seems they are always trying to up sell you on EVERYTHING. Frank was totally honest and didn’t try and con me into new brakes or whatever a lot of mechanics do. He was honest, great with prices and time estimate. He explained exactly what was going on and the price for parts, labor and time it would take to fix, prior to fixing. (Ended up being a bad coil that was short firing. Simple replacement.) The waiting area was very nice and comfortable. They have the SWEETEST pup, Missy who greets you with kisses as you walk in the door. :) It’s a very family friendly environment. I felt like I was taking the car to a family member’s shop. They made you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. Could not be more pleased with my experience, the price and time efficiency. Thank you. :)
