Quest Diagnostics

This place is terrible, I have been sitting here for over an hour since they opened and they have seen 2 people in that time. Of course when your insurance company tells you you have to use them or you will have a higher payment at another lab you have very little choice. The people that work at this lab could care less if you sat there all day.
What a terrible disgrace of a business, I hope that management would actually see this, since if this was my business I would be out of business with the service they offer.

Horrible service and long waits. Waited approximately 2 hours before getting my blood work. Find another laboratory!

Just sitting here in a Quest Diag center 30 min of wait with a computerized appointment. Then come to find out the letter that the doctor gave me wasn’t good enough. They have to fax it or do it via there digital system. I about had it so close to canceling everything and forget the surgery. not like insurance is going to cover it anyway. Called up the doctor office they had to speak to them on my cellphone just to find out that they ended up fax ing the exact same thing I had in my hand what
now I am waiting again I guess to be called in who the flip knows what my insurance is going to bill me sense it is out of network not like they are covering shit anyway with about I think the deductible is like $ 5000. All lab centers seem to give you the same medical bull crap

We all agree that these testing centers are notorious for having rude staff and long waits…
I went in at 7:15 (they are open 7:00 — 4:00) without an appointment anticipating a long wait… I brought work to do, simple. I waited about 45 min. My blood draw was virtually painless and took like 3min. I’ve been in doctors’ offices with an appointment and waited over an hour!
If you go in right when they open without an appointment, then you will probably be done within an hour, depending on the crowd. The staff are so friendly and caring! They are aware that it’s not a pleasant experience… It makes me sad when people walk in and are so rude because the «wait is too long.» The staff can’t help it if you didn’t make an appointment and then expect to be in-and-out…I would recommend this testing center. Just make sure to go right when they open! (There’s a Starbucks next door to wake you up after your early morning blood draw! Perk!!)

I took a family member and had to find a convenient Quest Diagnostics location. This Quest is in a great location in a strip mall with easy parking.

Quest labs are notorious for sucking. This location sucks the least. Making an appointment is irrelevant. The staff are very rude and surly.
If you have no other choice but to use Quest then this location will be a little bit better than the rest.
