Ugh, Radio Shack while female.
Not this one! I live right by this Radio Shack and I just went for the first time to get an adaptor. I called before going in and spoke with Jon and he was super friendly. Then I went into the store and everyone there was beyond friendly and helpful. Also, the store was very clean and seemed very well-​stocked and the employees definitely knew what they were talking about!
What a painless little trip. I’m all set up and rocking and rolling. Weeeeeeeee

I like Radio Shack. I am always looking for some kind of work around for some audio or video issue. Best Buy only has expensive options and it’s impossible to get somebody to help. If you do find somebody they usually don’t know anything. I went to Radio Shack this morning and the staff was super helpful. I was trying to figure out how to hook up my wireless headphones to a tv that had no headphone jack. The found a $ 6.00 work around. We are not sure it will work but they told me if it doesn’t then bring it back and get my money back and we will try something else. I think that is awesome!!!

This is my neighborhood radio shack and I go here to get all my cables for DJing, etc. I wanted to say a big thank you to the store manager Raul, who went above and beyond when I was late for a gig and needed a particular cable– he was able to locate one for me & saved my night!!! Thank you!!!

I thought radio shack was completely shut down… Thank god this one is staying open… Had every cable I was looking for… P. S. the Radio Shack on Sunset is closed… It’s completely empty…

I tried several times to go shopping at Radio Shack, but every time I went in there, was basically stopped before I set both of my feet in the store. Each time, the worker there demanded to know what I want, not letting me decide for myself, not even letting me browse the store so that I could even have the choices necessary to decide what I want for myself. i do not dress like a hoodlum, yet that is how I was treated over and over again. Finally, I just gave up. That is their loss, as they will never get even a dime of my money.

I am rating Radio Shack’s employees Raul and Jon who have always helping me with my phone needs, watch batteries, bluetooth and various cable and chargers. I get honest answers even if they are loosing a sale. Also, have been great taking back items with a receipt.
I again thank Raul and Jon for all of their service and I will remain a customer thanks to the two of you.

Raul, the manager of the store, is the nicest man in the world. Several times he has helped me with my phone problems. He is patent, knowledgeable and helpful. I think it is important to shop neighborhood stores and Raul has made this experience a pleasure. I even bought my TV ears there today. I will always shop at this radio shack

Totally incompetent. Staff had me running back and forth to store for nothing — turned out they couldn’t sell me what they quoted. Plus the sales guy kept helping other people while he was in the middle of my order including the sales girl who had no qualms about interrupting with her questions right in the middle of my talking without even a hint of an ‘excuse me’ or sorry. Awful.
