Serenity Palms

Not a bad place, overall. They have a great ²⁄₂ floorplan with equally sized bedrooms and huge walk-​in closets. The outside patios are small, but not too bad overall. The kitchen has ample cabinets, and enough room for a small washer/​dryer. The community is gated, but don’t be surprised if it’s left wide open at random and/​or someone hits it with their car and breaks it. The maintenance guy, Hector, is awesome and super helpful if you need anything. You’re 5 minutes down the road from Publix, and nearby to a huge selection of restaurants and shops to both the north and the south. Very close for BC/​Nova students, too!
I wish their office was open more often since it has a pool table, but they’re only available Tuesday and Thursdays for limited hours. I also wish they had a gym, as advertised prior to moving in here, but it’s actually just an empty room that used to be a gym. As a renter in this community, I’ve had no problems with my landlord and the condo association has been helpful in getting us anything we needed.
