Good rental until returning. Hollywood, Fl. site closed, so rather than leave car unattended I called the 800 number. Was told on 3 separate calls that I could drop off at another open site on Federal Highway without charge. Of course — charged $ 100. Phone call to Hollywood site rudely implied that I couldn’t read the contract. Given email address. Company totally refused to drop the charge honoring their own representatives statements. Now they won’t even respond to me. Will never choose them again. To their credit, after giving me a car with no interior light they did credit me $ 25.
Sent a reminder email that I would appreciate a response and two days later I have received no reply. Come on Sixt! This is not good customer service.

Worst service. Worst experience. We reserved a van, got a confirmation email, and they GAVE away our vehicle that same day! We then had no van, and they wouldn’t help us find a replacement. Entire vacation was essentially destroyed due to their unreliability and lack of any sense of professionalism. Do not use this location — horrible!

We rented a van from Sixt for the day, and the people in this location were great. No hassles and easy in and out. I would highly recommend this place over a Uhaul or other rental place!
