Every so often I like to come and have a salad and it’s fairly good customer service is ok, however today I came and it was pretty empty and waitress was not doing anything but talking to manager and when I ask for a cup of water it was brought to me in a dirty glass it still had lipstick from previous customer. Disgusting.

We went on our one year anniversary on thanksgiving. I ordered lobster & steak combination plate, steak was really small made me disapointed. But salad bar was very good I always order it when go to sizzler, and they got very yummy salad! Strawberry lemonade is pretty good too. My partner ordered steak and fried shrimp combination plate, it was all you can eat shrimp It made him happy, it was hot right after fried, came with dipping sauce was great! Table is comfortable I would love to come bring my kids next time

It’s been a long time since I had Sizzler and yet I was disappointed once again. Rubbery steaks, poor cleanliness, minimum self parking space but plenty for valet, forgetful servers. Not worth the money spent. This and all other Sizzler’s should close.

The best thing on the menu is the ultimate bacon cheese burger. Great place for lunch if you can avoid the tour buses. I have been turned away before because they had no tables due to tour buses.

Today I was kicked out of sizzler for the reason of them stating they don’t have enough space due to a tour bus of international people. A deal they have with Sizzler. So us regular are not welcome. Way to go sizzler.

My family and I used to come to this Sizzler all the time years ago. Finally made it back today. Welcomed at the door by the manager. Kathy and Francis were very friendly and helped me figure out what to order. Great food and overall great atmosphere. Plan to come back soon.

Had lunch here with my friend. It had been yeaaarss. The cheesy bread is exactly how I remember it from my childhood. We each had the unlimited salad bar for $ 9.99. Not a bad selection of lettuce compared to what I remember. But I could only eat so much chopped pineapple and pasta salad. Don’t plan on going back anytime soon. It was just convenient since I was at the mechanic next door.

I’m not a big fan of Sizzler in general since a lot of them are poorly operated and managed. However, this particular Sizzler is the bomb! I work fairly close to the Hollywood location so every once in a while, I feel a bit of nostalgia as I had so many great memories of Sizzler as a kid during its glory days. This place has always been very clean. The salad bar are constantly stocked with fresh food. Most of all, the service had always been absolutely A+++. The attention you get here is really comparable to ultra high end places such as Fogo de Chao or Mastro’s. It’s not just one or two times, but I get the top notch service«every time». Now some of reviewers have complained about Sizzler’s lack of identity for constantly changing the menu and prices such as the unlimited salad bar/one trip salad. I understand it can be quite frustrating. For me, one must examine closer with today’s changing market such as Chipotle, Pizza Studio, Tender Greens, and Lemonade generation, I just don’t think Sizzler as a franchise has adapted to change well to compete with rest of them. Of course they must raise the price to cover the cost of its failed business model. I was really sad to hear the Hollywood location will be closing very soon. It’s just been such an amazing place to experience and sad to see so many extremely dedicated workers will not be able to call this place home anymore. I hope I will get another chance to go by before it’s gone and say goodbye for one last time.

Great service! Such a marvelous staff! The cashier was so sweet, and my sever was very kind, fast, and efficient. The food was whatever, but it’s sizzlers. Their remarkable service earned them a 5 star :)

The day after Christmas I went with my family to eat at this particular restaurant. From the moment we approached the cashier, we felt welcomed. He was charismatic and friendly. Took our orders and made recommendations that were very helpful. Our waitress was so attentive and friendly that my family and I agreed to return soon. The food was fresh, well prepared and flavorful. I highly recommend this particular Sizzler.

Sizzler is always a great choice for a good salad bar, great soups and chicken wings. Love the new bread rolls and the sweet butter. Their steaks are very tasty and mostly anything I’ve ordered has been delicious. Thank you guys.

I am giving 1 star, not for the food, but for ever changing prices. They keep raising their prices and offer less, especially for their«esteemed guests“n seniors. They closed the Wilshire-Fairfax and Wilshire in Santa Monica restaurants. i was a regular at both. I come to Highland when I have a nearby audition. They went from offering the«endless» salad bar with the entrees to a «one stop». now, there is NO salad bar included with the entrée. you get a small lettuce«served» salad. i don’t need to go to Sizzler for a $ 10.99 steak served only with a beverage and a small salad and baked potato. i can go to Norms and get both soup and salad and dessert. i can go to Tender Greens and get a great steak with potatoes AND grilled veggies or a salad and have ambience. if all I want is «endless salad» I can go to Soup Plantation for a $ 7.99 lunch which includes soup, dessert, all sorts of breads, baked potato. My steak seemed smaller than 6 oz. it was served with my salad, so it was cold by the time I was done with my salad. Nothing special. i am one who did not load up or do multiple trips to the salad bar, so I did not mind being limited to «one stop». I don’t care for the spaghetti, tacos, fried chicken, etc. But, there are better choices for«esteemed guests». Good-bye Sizzler. audrey Linden

Great place for a filling lunch or dinner. I love the Steak and unlimited Shrimp plates. I also enjoy the unlimited Salad Bar for either lunch or dinner. Everything is so good, delicious and fresh. The food is always great. The service is AMAZING. I always try to sit in Gabriel’s, Jesse’s or France’s area. These 3 waiters are SUBPERB! They always go above and beyond to make my visit there a very pleasurable experience. Big parking lot so that is never an issue. I would recommend this Sizzler location to everyone. You’ll be happy with the food and service.

I just wanted to say my buddy and I had a great time for lunch at Sizzler. We were a little skeptical at first cause all you can eat and lunch time at Sizzler. But, all that changed when we walked in and every one was friendly. Our server Frances made it fun and she is amazing. Thank you. Sizzler is a great place to eat and Enjoy. Thank you.

Wow, this is a pretty crappy Sizzler. I’ve been to other Sizzlers and have been happy with the food and service, but not here. The place was empty but we still got no service. Our drinks were only refilled when we walked to the kitchen to find the server to ask. This Sizzler doesn’t have plates at the salad bar for some reason. The server clearly expects you to use a dirty plate if you want to return to the salad bar. I had to keep asking for clean plates and it was obviously annoying for her to have to provide us with plates. The salad bar was very minimal here. Missing many items that are normally at other locations. And the steak I ordered was overcooked and of very low quality. My veggies very so overcooked they were basically mush. All this goodness for $ 23 plus tip? Never again

There is a new salad policy which is they bring you a salad. The trouble is they forget to bring you a salad. Steak was too raw and had to send it back twice to get medium rare. For some reason they have art work of the USA flag hanging upside down. I found this offensive and voiced a complaint but nothing was done. The Sizzler on Hollywood Way in Burbank is so much better.

I’m not fancy — I love good food, but I also love value and every once in a while Sizzler calls to me… I normally stick to the value menu and get the 6 oz steak and salad bar, and my wife does the fried shrimp and salad bar — both for 9.99 each. It’s about the soup and salad bar, everything else is bonus, right? Well, tonight we were feeling adventurous — and now we both feel violated. The all you can eat pork riblets sucked me in, and my wife thought the salmon sounded healthy. The riblets were what I imagine a McRib sandwich would taste like if I didn’t know enough not to try one, only the«meat» was separated by cartilage discs, with the whole mass swimming in a disgustingly sweet and thick barbecue sauce that after three washings I still can’t get off my fingers. And the riblets were twice as good as the salmon — I thought my wife was being melodramatic, so I tried it… and if I hadn’t tried salmon before, I swear I’d never try it again! She said it tasted like the bottom of a dirty fishtank, and she wasn’t far off — maybe it was an oversized algae eater we were actually eating? Whatever it was, it didn’t flake with a fork, which should have been our first sign that something was amiss at the ol’ Sizzler. That pretty much killed our appetites. I got a little more clam chowder to try and suppress the aftertaste of algae and cartilage, but it was to no avail… Even the soft serve ice cream was too soft and runny. The whole meal was an epic fail! It cost $ 35 for both out meals — shame on us, we could have eaten far better for less at so many more places… Moral of the story? Don’t try and get fancy at Sizzler — stick to the simple staples that they can’t screw up and let the soup and salad bar carry the meal. Next time we won’t stray from the value menu — but it’s probably going to be a while before we head back… Neither of our stomachs like us very much right now. The kicker? When we got in the car to drive home, Richard Marx«Should’ve Known Better» was playing on the Sirius ‘80s channel!
