Great customer service. I don’t remember the cashiers name but she had red hair and kept me laughing the whole 5 minutes I was their. Friendly, great customer service and actually got my name right without having to ask 2 – 4 times is always a plus. The smoothie I got was on the chalky side. Only reason I give 4 stars and not 5

I have Dutchess status however I would flee in an instant if I could get any other business in Hollywood to open at 6 AM and make me a cappuccino. The service is not good to make it worse it is very slow. The three employees working in the morning are more interested in socializing with themselves than working. You can complain but it falls on deaf ears.
Perhaps the Danish Bakery on Tyler with Illy coffee will change their hours please!

Conveniently located, with ample seating, good wi-​fi, power jacks, good temperature control, and all the familiar Starbucks offerings at the familiar, and reasonable, rates. Great spot for getting some work done, or whatever it is other people do at Starbucks.

What a great place for taste to start the day. This morning was made great with my ice cold brew made perfectly and a tomato mozzarella panini by the hand of the Starbucks on young circle.

Wow! What a disappointment! I walked in and asked for a grande no ice berry hibiscus re freshener. The lady at the cash register was very nice but the girl name Gabby, in charge of making the coffees, was super rude. First she gave me the drink with ice and when I asked her to please make it without she gave me a face. The she gave me a tall drink, i told her that i have ordered a Grande. She changed the glass and added water only! My drink literally has 4 berries floating. Not what I paid for. I decided to walk out since I don’t like to complain but what a disappointment coming from such a big company.

Wow the baristas were so kind to me about my specific vegan order!!! They used different pitchers and everything! So friendly… I love them and I love this place! And it’s great how there’s always people here… very vibrant!

I ordered a coffee and when I asked the guy for 3 sugars he was noticeably upset that he had to put the sugar in my coffee. This is the first Starbucks I’ve been to that the police was called to ask patrons to leave. I obviously did not feel comfortable sitting down to enjoy my coffee, so I left. Won’t return and honestly as a gold card member I felt terrible. Watching the Starbucks employee visibly pointing out those that had to leave was embarrassing. Strange this is that all those asked to leave had a Starbucks cup in their hands. I miss my NYC, I honestly felt colder hear than the storm that is taking place in my city.

Location is really convenient for me. I tend to come here often for an iced green tea, my favorite!
Service is quick. They always a commode my light ice, medium sweetness request and my drink is always delicious!
Sometimes I splurge & get their banana nut loaf. So moist, so tasty but I can only imagine the calorie intake!
Parking can be tough but downtown has parking all around and I don’t mind walking.

Floors are dirty. Tables looked liked they haven’t been wiped down or cleaned in days. Staff is unfriendly and chatting among themselves. Overall probably the worst Starbucks experience I’ve had.

If you can ever find a parking spot at this place be wary that the last (and final) time I went here the cashier short changed me by $ 5.00. Didn’t notice until I got back to the car which was parked 2 city blocks away. Decided to call the store instead of walking back there and the polite manager told me she would count the drawer down and call me back. She called me back and told me that her drawer was right on point. Whatever, obviously it went straight to the tip jar. I hope that thieving cashier enjoys her $ 5.00 tip! It’s all good though, it cost me $ 5.00 to know that I’ll never have to step foot in that place ever again.

Meh. This place is just like every other Starbucks with one exception, bad location. The parking sucks and it’s difficult to get to if you’re not walking in the area. It will be better when the new tower goes up and there are more stores in the area to walk to. Until then, it’ll be an inconvenient necessity.

I am from New York and have also lived in Chicago plus travel a lot so I have visited Starbucks nationwide. I order my drinks with coconut milk and typically I am either asked if I want whipped cream or it is left off. The very friendly cashier didn’t ask so I assumed they were leaving it off. When I watched the girl make my drink she put whipped cream on it. No biggie I decided to just let her know I said I’m sorry I did not want whipped cream. She says with annoyance it comes with whipped cream. I said I know but typically when I ask for coconut milk you don’t want whipped cream and he didn’t ask she takes a drink lid scoops the whipped cream off continues to argue and then slams my drink on the counter. I live in New York home of poor customer service and rudeness never have I experienced this treatment there or anywhere else at a Starbucks.

This starbucks is so sketchy. I’m always afraid I’m going to get mugged in there. Scary. The staff although nice seem constantly distracted.

Perfect place. The servers are nice and the food delicious! That chocolate cookie gonna make me fat! It’s amazing!!! Oh, and the cold coffee??? Totally amazing. I could drink every day! Amazing guys!

Great service, delicious food, love the passion ice tea lemonade great environment to study or just chill I had a first date here and it was actually an awesome success!

Isn’t the best feels like home Starbucks. Staff are always talking to each other and not the customers and just not being focused. I once waited ten minutes for my breakfast sandwiches I paid for (it was busy I was in a rush, yet still being patient) and the cashier had never written the orders out. I got my money back and didn’t have breakfast that day. It’s walking distance from my home though and when I’m on my way places that’s where I go. I just wish there was a drive thru, that’s not their fault though.

How did this place score so many stars???

I’ve been here numerous times. Every time it’s the same!!!
Stragglers hanging out front, no parking ever out front, minimal shade covering during midday. They get Ansy if you’re there working on your lap top– keep looking at you. Maybe that’s because there’s so many homeless people lurking around young’s circle.
I ordered a venti latte. Oh boy! My coffee tasted like their percolator should be sterilized. My latte tasted nothing like a latte, it tasted totally off —
People! When you are dealing with Milk products there are rules that must be followed. Containers that steam up the milk as well as the steamer itself, should be cleaned every shift. A shift is usually 8 hours. I went to Starbucks at 9 am which means — no one bothered to wash their utensils and equipment prior to their shift.
That means — diarrhea and cramping.
I was half way across young circle when I finally realized the error.
Well you’ve been warned…

I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks and none have been as comfortable as this one. This Starbucks is located in a plaza on the corner of US 1 and young circle. The location isn’t the greatest, so the parking is very limited. If you manage to find parking somewhere, you’ll notice that there is a good amount of seating both inside and outside. You can stay there for quite some time even if it gets packed.
This location is clean and organized; I can’t say that about a lot of the Starbucks I have been to. The baristas were friendly and attentive as well. The WIFI was super fast, I’m impressed! If I lived in the area I would come here often.

By far my favorite Starbucks when I travel! I have easily been in over 100 of these but this is the ONLY ONE that I choose to come back to time and time again. I DROVE 35 minutes from Miami to come here and work… Why do you ask? Let me tell you:
1. Fastest wifi I have EVER seen at over 65mbps.
2. Dartanion, BEST barista I have had. Makes the best Venti Mocha Frappuccino Lite’s I’ve ever had! I always have him make my drink. Even took the time to call cooperate and compliment him!
3. Ultra Clean store and friendly staff
4. Always busy but that just means others feel the same as me!

I’ve become a regular here but not for the parking! Good location across from Arts Park (Young Circle). A nice Starbucks to pick up an iced beverage and go sit in the sun! Always clean and organized. Can be slow when crowded (often).
