Subway

I went there at 2:25am and the toaster was out because they are preclosing and also bathroom close because they already cleaned it. But they should clean it for customers anyway so I don’t know what was the issue. You cannot order toasted bread and no bathroom. They should just close early and not waste labor.

The staff work very slow, the bathroom was dirty and out of paper I ask the cashier to give me extra napkins he give me only 2 and I ask him to give me more and he ask me for what? I don’t think you should ask your costumer what they wanna do with the napkin. Put the paper in the toilet and clean that bathroom and don’t ask me for what?

So it is June 12^th 2015 and for the past few months I’ve been frequenting this subway and the service was terrific and the food was very fresh it was a pleasure to go there. But this morning I go and the service is horrendous, the girl that took care of me didn’t ask me if I needed help she just stood there and stared at me and then asked me what I wanted, then gave me attitude the entire time and when she took my money never once said thank you. Guess what? It’s under new management. Too bad because the prior manager made that place a pleasure to go to. I would have given one star but the food is still very fresh so instead I gave two stars.

Open til 2am. That’s about the only good thing. This location is very close to the FedEx Office on Hollywood Blvd and right next to a Wells Fargo.
I went in 2 hours to closing time, and they had no tuna, no crab and could not make anything toasted, since their toaster was broken. The guy making the sandwich used the plastic gloves as it’s customary, but kept touching EVERYTHING ELSE, moving containers around, touching cabinet doors, etc — and went back to preparing my sandwich without putting on new gloves, which needless to say, defeats the purpose of any hygiene precaution.
They had taken out ALL containers out of the prep bar (behind the glass), and the entire area behind the counter, and including the counter, was covered with containers, which is not only gross looking, but also delayed me getting my sandwich, since the guy preparing it had to keep moving things around to make space.
‘Nuff said. I think I made my point.

This Subway is banned… the tomatoes were wilted & the bread wasn’t fresh!
