Recently I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Steady and Miss Allison. I was impressed with their customer service as it was by far the most friendliest and most professional compared to several others. I went there to do my first maintenance check. This guy, Alex Castro, assisted me and he was simply The Best. Cool, relaxed, knowledgeable, funny, all in the right measure. The experience was great.

Great service, great cars, great prices! Danny Brown was an excellent, helpful salesman to work with. We left here with a 2015 Prius (new). The dealership has a great selection of vehicles to chose from, and everyone here was overly helpful and easy to work with.

I’ve been taking my Toyotas here for the last 15 years. These guys are not the cheapest, but they get it right. I have only had one problem in the course of 6 Toyotas and 500,000 miles! My daughter brings her vehicle in all the way from MT, as she says she can’t find a reliable repair service in MT.
I drive long distance and on alternative roads, and I always feel much better having my car checked out by these guys before I leave the safety of the city.

Took my car here for a scheduled maintenance and was helped by Carlos Pelayo. He did a great job, very professional and efficient, highly recommended!

The dealership was horrible… I came in with a check engine light on. After spending hours on my truck, and $ 700 later, my check engine light came on AGAIN after 3 days. I took it back and they ran the codes, same codes as last time but they wanted to hold my truck over the holiday to «run more tests» which translates, «to charge you more money.» After feeling frustrated, I took my truck to an auto mechanic shop where they found that the new spark plugs Toyota Dealership «supposedly replaced» and charged me SOOOOOO much money for, one of the OLD spark plugs was STILL IN MY ENGINE!!! WTH? So the auto shop showed me the OLD spark plug and NEW spark plug they replaced.
I had many people tell me not to go to the dealership, but I was short on time. I wish I would have listened to them. Never go to the dealership, let alone this one. I paid WAY more money than I needed too for a simple fix that I, who has very little mechanic experience, could have figured out. I’m very disappointed and I learned my lesson. NEVER GO HERE IF YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOOD FOR YOU!

I had my car towed here this morning, and Arshak (the assistant service manager) was super helpful! He knew exactly what was wrong with my car as soon as the tow truck guy drove my car thru the service lane!
He then asked, if I was here about ‘catalytic converter’, and told me it was stolen! At first I didn’t know what he’s talking about, and thought he was joking? I tried to explained to him that my car is making a loud exhaust noise, when I tried to press on gas pedal to drive, and asked him why! So he then explained more into details about the catalytic converter and show me the black wire from underneath is hanging down. He then told me that it’s happened to a lot of people and I had to file an insurance claim. So I called my insurance co and they told me I needed to file a police report also.
So apparently this is common thing that gets stolen easily from underneath the car and can resell back to the recycle co for good money! It just sucks that I’m one of these victim.
I am glad I brought my car here and had the help and guidance I need from Arshak. So thankful, he was fast, helpful, and efficient at his job!
And thanks to the amazing shuttle service. I got a ride back home and that was a about 7miles back to my place. The driver was very nice about it.

A while ago I got my car serviced here and I promised I would leave a review because the service was so good.
Anyway, Mike really did me a huge favor by seeing me. He got me in at the end of the day when most places would turn me away. He was very friendly and accommodating. He made a customer out of me! I’ll be back.

FRIENDS PLEASE BE AWARE! THIS IS A SHADY BUSINESS RUN BY SHADY MECHANICS! THEY DO DAMAGE TO PEOPLE’S TIRES AND THEN TRY TO MAKE $ BY SUGGESTING YOU NEED a BRAND NEW SET OF TIRES! I’M NOT THE FIRST PERSON WHO HAD THIS HAPPEN, I READ REVIEWS ON HERE THAT WENT THROUGH EXACTLY THE SAME THING! B AWARE!!!
First of all these sleeze bags punctured my tire and tried to get me to buy a brand new set of tires! .
According to some reviews I read on here, it looks like I wasn’t the only one who had her tires damaged when coming in for a tire inspection. I know that my tire did not have a leak in it because I inspected it myself before that day. I discovered a hole in my tire after I left this Toyota service in Hollywood rip off place.
I’m confident now after reading some of the reviews on here that my instinct is correct, I got my tire punctured on purpose at Toyota of Hollywood and then was told I had a leak in the tire And that it was necessary for me to buy a brand new set! Disgusting!!!

Came to Toyota of Hollywood to test drive a Prius on a Saturday. I made an appointment and went through Edmunds so I knew how much I wanted to pay for it.
It was very difficult to find parking when I got there. I circled the entire sales and service section once to find parking. Finally, I found a spot colored with red paint and just parked. I stopped caring at that point. I asked one of the sales guys if it was ok. And he gave me a sleazy answer, «if you’re looking to buy, you can park here.» What a douche bag!
I went inside and looked for the sales manager, Alfredo. He said one of his salesman already pulled up the Prius and is waiting for me outside. Walked outside and test drove the car. The car was not for me, but the guy who helped me was very sweet and helpful.

My experience at Toyota of Hollywood was nothing short of excellent! The entire process went smoothly from the moment we pulled up to the lot, to driving off in our new vehicle.
Our salesman Movses Dzhansyan was awesome! He was very welcoming and accommodating. We made us feel comfortable with our purchase and helped us make sure we made the right choice.
I would definitely recommend you see him if you’re looking to buy!
