If I could rate them lower I would. I got my tires replaced about 6 – 7 months ago, and I’ve noticed that they were already wearing down. I emailed Vinnie and he told me to come in no problem. So I came in and oh turns out he wasn’t there. Ok whatever, it’s lunch, I get it, I’ll wait. About 20 minutes later he comes back, and when I ask him about them he got mad at me. Said that my tires were from neglect not from the actual tires. Argued with me about them, even when I was trying to just defend myself. I’m a delivery driver, I have to maintain my vehicle, the tires aren’t terrible because I’m not «checking them». He refused to stand by his work.
Now, I went to some other guys I trust and they said that it wasn’t even the right tires for me! Nor were they aligned properly! Needless to say, I will never go back there again.

Spoke on the phone with the owner who was rude and disrespectful. I would never give this man my business.

First off the whole place is a complete cluster. There is complete chaos and 1 million broken cars all of the place leaving you nowhere to even put your car. Even if you manage to park your car somewhere in the ghetto-​ridden Street… Good luck finding someone to talk to you. There are workers running around all over with no direction or organization whatsoever. They will pass you by and not even say hello to you. There is no clear sign on where to go or who to talk to. Somehow I guess they have enough regulars who expect this level of Service. Seriously this place is unbelievably ridiculous. You can go anywhere else on the planet and have a better experience.

Just stay away from Vinny and you will be alright

If you have any decent wheels, DO NOT GO HERE, they will SCRATCH them.
If you want a cheap price and don’t care if they scratch your wheels go here. They are fast, have a good selection, and have good prices.
The owner guaranteed he worked on thousand dollar wheels and had the equipment not to scratch them, this was a lie. I took 4 brand new wheels in boxes, their guys not only scratched the rim of each wheel but also chipped the face of one and then refused to repair or replace any. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I’ll be trying the Division of Consumer Services next.

Haven’t been here in about 10 years since moving up to Palm Beach. They just opened a location up here and it is the best deals as always! Sitting area is clean with TV to watch to pass the time. Make sure you call or be expecting to wait.

So I am in kind of a rush to get tires so I can leave town… I call here and get a quote and the guy tells me they have my tires in stock and I can get them for $ 90 each so I make an appointment for 2PM tomorrow so I come in the next day at 2PM, I get to the office and they are sending me to a different person. I call them and it goes to the office I just walked out of. So we figured out it was the guy in the damn office. So he runs around trying to find tires then after like 15 mins of standing around he comes and tells me they don’t have my tire in stock. It was such a waste of time. I will never go here the guy was so rude and just an idiot.

I’ve been buying tires from Vinnie since at about 2001. They’ve always been about giving you the best for your money. Get the tire recommendation from Vinnie, then research to find he was spot on at the best price. Prices come with valves, balance, installation and tax.
Not a fancy neighborhood, but hey it’s a discount tire store. Don’t be turned off by pot holes or chickens in the street. Always call first to get fit in, but expect to wait a bit. But these guys are polite and efficient.

I came here to get new tires. I called a few days before to get a quote and make sure the tires were in stock. Both people I spoke to were very nice. Great price for the tires and stuff. I asked for an alignment also. When I brought my vehicle in everyone was very nice. And the price was still the same. After waiting awhile (which I dont mind) they told me I needed to have my lower ball joints in the front replaced (for $ 300) before they are able to do the alignment! They showed me what they were talking about but I want sure so I called my bf and he said we will get another opinion. I took the vehicle to our normal mechanic who checked and nothing was wrong with either ball joint! The only reason I am giving a two is because they were nice and the tires were a great price. I’m not stupid just because I’m a girl. Be careful of random work they try to throw at you. Always get a second option. I am now getting it aligned with no problems at all. I will not be going back to this place ever!

Vinnie at Value Tires came highly recommended, so I sent my 80 yr old mom there when she needed tires. He went out of his way on a busy day to handle her with such class, made her feel very comfortable, and made the experience super easy & quick for her. HIs prices were so good and she was so happy that when I needed tires a few months later I immediately called Vinnie and drove from Jupiter to Hollywood to get the same great prices and service. You will be hard pressed to find better prices and service around. I too will highly recommend!

Value Tire & Alignment is as good as it gets! I spent three weeks shopping around Miami for some tires for my Jeep. I wanted to go a few sizes bigger and had researched many different tires. All the tire shops I visited in Miami either didn’t have the tires, had some cheap chinese alternatives, or had them at an unreasonable cost. I had kind of given up on the idea on new new tires, but then saw a Craigslist ad for Value Tire & Alignment. I gave them a call and not only did they have the tires I wanted, but they were much cheaper than I had planned on paying. The customer service was outstanding, Carlos was a true tire expert and completely understood what I needed. Another great thing about Value Tire is the tire installers are about as fast as a NASCAR pit crew, I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. It was well worth the trip from Homestead. As long as I am living in Florida, I will not buy tires anywhere else.

Last year I came to this place to replace my 4 tires and do an alignment.
They gave me a receipt and after I left I notice it didn’t include the alignment, so I went back and said they did it but forgot to charge me. So I paid $ 65 more. Neither receipt showed the milage of the car. Nor do they keep records.
I recently went to my regular repair guy and he said my tires were shot. Turns out the way they wore out shows they hadn’t been aligned. I only put about 13 000 miles on them and I live in West Palm. I called Value Tire but they told me to call Continental. Continental said that was strange, the Tire company handles this kind of thing.
Just a run around.
It is unfortunate that this company does not back their products.
I would warn any women especially, if you need tires go to someone else.
I went to Northlake Auto and got the BEST service. They put 4 new tires on and aligned my car. Their specialist said when he was doing the alignment that it was so far out that it had not had an alignment for a long time.
Lady’s especially, if you need service on your car go here and they won’t take advantage of you, and will do an excellent job.

Never go anywhere else for my tires. Along with all prices which are at the cheapest possible than any other store comes with free lifetime rotations, stem placements and mounting and balancing! The owner Vinnie and his employees are very helpful! Very nice waiting room with TVs and blowing cold ac! Up to date notices from the person working on your car! Excellent place overall! Ever since I found them l will never go anywhere else :)

This place is a joke. Our daughter’s best friend-​both young and pregnant was completely taken advantage by this place. What a bunch of crooks! In a four week time span– they had her purchase all new tires. The car shakes badly is out of alignment… not sure if they even balanced the tires. She has gone back twice and they will not help her! Who sells tires and doesn’t align or balance. What a bunch of jerks. She could be seriously injured with the car shaking and driving erratically… A great lawsuit waiting to happen. DO NOT BUY ANY SERVICES THERE!

You won’t find faster service anywhere.

Great service for tires. The best advice is to figure out what tires you want, then call Vinnie to get a price. Best time to show up is early at 07:30am when they first open. If you do this, they’ll put your car on the lift and have it done quickly.

Weird, I haven’t had a problem with them like the last guy. And was never treated bad.
I’ve been to this place a few times. The first time I went because I had a flat (I was carelessly driving with COMPLETELY bald tires). I had a spare rim in the trunk, friend took me to this place. Had the rim put on in literally minutes all for just $ 25. Then came back and had all my tires changed for a couple hundred in less than an hour! Ohh and they also repaired a radiator hose leak I had and didn’t charge me for it.
The other couple times I went back was just for maintenance (oil and filter)
I bought another used car that has many problems. I’ll be taking it to them soon.

Excellent service and better prices — what more could you want. I shopped around for Michelin tires for my wife’s SUV. My wife called the owner (Vinnie) with a bunch of questions, and he was patient and polite with her.
The tires were replaced within 20 minutes and the alignment was done within the next 20 minutes or so. Overall, all the guys that worked there were really nice, and the total bill was substantially less than what I would have paid at Sears or someplace else. I actually had the tires on my own car replaced at Sears before I knew of this place, and a co-​worker told me about this place. I called them and sure enough, I paid about $ 200 too much at Sears. Oh well– live and learn. No hesitation to recommend this place.
