found them through Unilocal… and I wouldn’t not recommend them as they are close-by… but, when my husband went in to hem his work pants they came back wayyyyyy too short. I mean, thank god its work pants or I would’ve been quite upset… not to mention — Dry cleaning 3 shirts & hemming 3 pants came out to be like $ 75 which is a bitttttttt overpriced if you ask me… next time i’ll hem it myself.

DONOTGOHERE! Worst worst worst business. I had been taking my husbands clothes there for a few months now. The first incident happens and they spilled a chemical on a pair of pants. They said they would call me and let me know what they were going to do to fix things. They did not call. After they didn’t call I check 2 other pairs if pants we had cleaned there and one has a hole in them and the others are discolored. I took the pants in to show the woman working and she had the worst attitude and accused me if taking the pants somewhere else! Then began to tell me that they have a 48 hour policy which I was NEVER informed of before! Then I asked her about the other pants they ruined and only gave me a store credit! Ha! Like I would take anything else there. Worst service, worst customer appreciation, worst dry cleaning business.

I used to go to this cleaners until the Hispanic woman ripped me off. I purchased a STEARNS&FOSTER1000 Thread Count Matress pad king size for 179.99 plus tax from Bed Bath and Beyond. So i took it there to have it dry cleaned on a saturday, the following saturday i went to pick it up and she couldnt find it, she said give me a few days to find it and ill call you, i said, ok take your time, ill come back next saturday and i‘ll pick it up, i go to Publix every Saturday so the cleaners its on my way. Saturday comes and she says, Ay Mira, i couldnt find it but dont worry, i got chu! i got chu ! ill buy you a new one, i said Fine, i bought it at Bed Bath and Beyond, which is few steps away from the cleaners. Next saturday comes, i go to pick my new Matress Pad and she tells me, Ay mira i went to Kmart and they dont have it. I clearly stated to her that i bought my Matress pad at Bed Bath and Beyond NOT Kmart, so then she said to me, how about a 90 dollar store credit, being that my mattress pad was 1 year old and its been used by me i said OK, fine . 15 dollars into the«store credit«she tells me, Ay mira we changed owners so everything in the computer was deleted, by then i was pissed because i didnt make the deal with the computer, i made it with her, so she says yea, we changed owners and you gonna have to pay for your shirts, i said, but i have 75 dollars store credit, she played stupid, and i was out of my Matress Pad, my store credit and feeling robbed, So no, i dont have simpathy for her or the cleaners, if they are indeed moving out, Good Riddance.

Just found out that this place is closing down and they told me that they could not take any more orders… I did however find a replacement cleaners for others to try out… Aj sparkle dry cleaners … Been there couple times since and their work speaks a lot… They are a family owned business… And take care of you… It’s the one place where they give you real quality work for the money… I highly recommend them for all future customers

I am extremely unhappy with the services provided by this establishment. On August 8, 2012, I brought in several items of clothing, as well as a down comforter and two down pillows. First, my pillows and comforter weren’t done on Saturday August 11, 2012, as promised, but on Monday, August 13, 2012. Second, every item I brought in with a stain still had the stains after I received them. Third, SEVERAL of the pants and shirts I brought in had WRINKLES in them when I picked them up! Fourth, and worst of all, every item I picked up smelled AWFUL. Many items had a floral scent like cheap perfume, and one of the employees, a heavy Spanish lady, explained that it was starch. I never asked for starch! This business advertises odorless drycleaning, and odorless is most certainly not what I got. In addition to the awful perfume smell, many items also had other bad smells. Some sweaters smelled like body odor and dirty dish water. It is really disgusting. I am forced to have everything cleaned by another drycleaner now. Also, I asked the employees what cleaning solvent you use, and the large Hispanic lady told me it was petroleum, and then a young man told me it was K4 solvent. It would be good to get a straight answer from the employees instead of having them contradict each other within seconds.
