Windsor Apartments

Absolutely ridiculous. Had to break the lease early because of a promotion. Paid EVERY last payment payment. Began to receive past due charges to my new place in San Francisco. I had every documentation that each and every payment was up to date and valid. When I called them they «fixed» the issue. 2 months later I get a red flag on my credit report of a derogatory account. Now my credit has been hit because of these incompetent people! I can’t believe a business can be run like this. YOU ARE CAUSING MAJOR ISSUES WITH PEOPLES PERSONAL LIVES! never had a problem with this place until now. I even left a 4 – 5 star review prior to this. Now I have to dispute the charges with equifax, experian, and transunion. Again, all of the documents are here in front of me at this moment. So disgusted with this place and these people who can’t run a business!

I’ve been here since April 2014. I actually enjoy living in this complex. I read the review for ⁴⁄₁₄ and yes I have had AC problems, however when I call for maintenance they come running. This is just like owning a house, things must be fixed. I was a little disappointed when I received my first bill and it had water, sewer, trash and some other $ 5 fee. The only thing they mention at the time was water. It’s on $ 20 but hey Cable is included in the rent, so I’m not complaining. Its a very beautiful complex. Yes you pay a lot but at least I know things are being updated and beautified with my money. Once again, just like owning a home. I own a home now and the garage needs to be fixed and so does a window and the garbage disposal. Therefore I need to find someone to do that and pay for the materials. Renting is as the saying goes, «6 in one hand, ½ dozen in the other». And as long as I can afford to live here, I will. The rent is the same everywhere now in the area unless you live in a duplex or the side of someone’s home for $ 700-​$ 1000. In my eyes, you’re really on paying about $ 1300 in rent here bc look at it this way: monthly landscaping, maintenance, cable, wi-​fi, water, sewer and trash, a gym, tennis court, volleyball, raquetball, and 3 swimming pools. Now where are you going to get all of that entertainment rolled into one? Purchase a home and see if you pay only $ 1500 a month in the Hollywood, FL area away from the homeless and crackheads. Umm no!!!

Possibly the worst service and most unorganized office, I’ve been waiting for my deposit to come back for two weeks now. I never even moved in due to multiple issues with the unit. I now can’t reach anyone about my deposit of 1200 total. AVOID at all costs
