I ordered moving supplies from Xpress Boxes Inc and they never sent me a confirmation email. –Yet they charged my credit card. I thought that was kind of weird so I tried to call the 1 – 800 number to confirm my order and it went straight to a generic cell phone voicemail. (No –this is Xpress Boxes please leave a message).
I emailed several times, and finally received a response back (two days later) saying they would check for my items and get back to me even though they have yet to do so. But it doesn’t matter anyway, because I won’t have my supplies in time to pack for my move (even though I placed my order over a week ago).
I would NOT buy anything from this company. Especially if you are planning a time sensitive move and don’t weeks to wait for your order if it ever comes at all.
I’m not sure if this is even a real company. It may be scam and I’m going to try and get my money back. Don’t fall for their website like I did!!!
Any company without a proper customer service rep or at least a company voicemail must be a joke.
