Your Hollywood Notary

Called on a Saturday afternoon, we met up at the Starbucks under Target on La Brea and Santa Monica less than 15 minutes later. Best notary I’ve ever seen. Efficient and professional while keeping up friendly banter as she went about her business. Now I’m off to enjoy the rest of my weekend with one less errand checked off my to-​do list. I was able to get something notarized right away late on a Friday night for much less than a couple other ²⁴⁄₇ notaries quoted. Very thorough and very nice… Totally recommend

I called at 4:45 on a Friday after caking 3 other places. We set to meet at starbucks on LaBrea. she was waiting there. It was quick easier and worth the $$ 25 for first signature and $ 10 for additional.

It’s slightly obnoxious to get documents notarized, however, I finally smacked myself in the face and told myself to JUST DO IT!
I google mapped NOTARY and this one struck my interest because it’s «next to» Target!
SWEET, I thought… I can go to Target and get more toilet paper… And walk out with 15 other items I didn’t need and then get my document notarized! Two birds with one stone!
Sure that was the plan but when I got to Target I couldn’t find the notary and got a little bummed as I thought my plan wasn’t going to work out! I asked someone who worked at this «strip mall» if they could help me… But it was clear to me that he had no idea WTF I was looking for.
Finally I did the old fashioned thing: I called the number listed on GOOGLE MAPS and I was informed that this notary was a traveling one who typically meets clients at the Starbucks next to Target! She met me there in 10 minutes and in 10 minutes time, my documents were notarized!
Well that was PAINLESS! The only pain that occurred that day was the pain on my wallet thanks to Target’s alluring bullseye… And the nail salon next to Target… I mean getting documents notarized is excruciatingly exhausting so a 15 minute neck massage was totally necessary!
PS: don’t forget $ 25, in cash!

I spoke to this woman who apparently is a notary and we scheduled to meet at 3pm on Santa Monica blvd and la brea. Upon arriving there I was trying to reach her but was unable after 10 minutes of calling and texting I get a response that she is running late. I understand if someone is late but I would appreciate by respect to inform me earlier so I can head their later. After asking how late she would be I did not get a answer. I waited till 3:20 and had to go as I had an upcoming meeting.
I would have appreciated honesty and tell me how late they will be to see if I can do any changes.
I then called another notary who told me to come in. I was told by ‘You’re Hollywood Notary” that the first signature was $ 30 and additional signatures where $ 10 extra.
The notary I later found only charged $ 10 for first signature and additional $ 3 for other.
I really didn’t appreciate the honesty and waste of time I had to go through to meet with «You’re Hollywood Notary»
This was not professional.

If you’re in a bind and need something notarized last minute because you’re a procrastinator, like myself, stop worrying and call Your Hollywood Notary.
She meet us at a restaurant in West Hollywood at 9 PM on a Friday (only time our friends could sign the paperwork we needed) and filled out all of our paperwork while we finished eating. Can’t beat that service.

Finding a notary can be kind of a bland chore, but when I needed a document notarized in an off-​weekend hour Rita was so accommodating and helpful. I’d whole-​heartedly recommend her services to anyone who’s in need of a notary in West Hollywood.

Very friendly and very quick to meet. I called her at 9 o’clock at night and she answered on the first try… on a Friday night! She was courteous and even made cute small talk as she did her work. Will definitely call her again.
