i would’ve give them more ratings if it was only for the job i called them to do, fix a burst pip in my balcony that didn’t damage much as i got it on time, after they fixed that, they went and bleed out all my radiators in the house and forgot my living room radiator valve open, and that made a way more damage to my house than what i call them for, me and my wife were at work when that happen, they did apologize but don’t want to take responsibility, i had my wall, couch, carpet, floor, and basement all soaked with water, i payed and still will pay for their mistake, i did try to talk with peter the owner before i went and write a review on them but my call just kept being ignored, after that i complained at BBB but am pm never followed up with that and it got respond as Un resolved case, i don’t try to make money of him i just want him to honor their mistake, on the web site it says all work guaranteed so, guess not always, if you about to ask them for a job just hope they want break anything, then its on you
