I stayed at the Sunset Terrace with my parents and girlfriend for a week around Memorial Day. It was a nice, clean condo right on the beach with a great view. It has a private parking spot which is convenient and safe. I would definitely recommend staying here for anyone wanting a relaxing beach get away. It is between the busy parts of the beach so there aren’t many people laying around right in front of the building. We are having a great time!

I just recently returned home from a wonderful vacation on Anna Maria Island and couldn’t be happier w/Island Vacation Properties.
After having a bad experience w/another realty company the year before, I was weary about going through a realty company again but Island Vacation Properties was wonderful.
Their employees were always helpful and polite and made my entire rental experience stress-free. The condo I rented was immaculate and the check-in process was very easy.
Loved the «welcome bag» they placed in our unit full of fun goodies for the trip and plenty of maps and island info.
Had a wonderful vacation and am already planning to return next year. Will absolutely use them again next time around.
