They aerated my lawn when I didn’t want or need the service $ 188. The morning it was done I received an email notification that they were coming, so I didn’t even have an opportunity to cancel. I called there «service» line and told them to either cancel the bill for the service I never authorized, or they could cancel my account. They cancelled my account without hesitation and didn’t even apologize for screwing up the lawn sprinkler heads. They were always calling to upsell, very annoying. I wouldn’t recommend using them, no customer focus, I quit using their products for the same reason. I’d recommend using a local company that still believes in accountability.

I started using Scott’s Lawn Service for my home in Lansing a few years back. They always show up and do really good job stopping weeds and making my lawn green. My lawn started as a dirt patch and their seeding and fertilization turned it into a first rate lawn.
