You’ll never find a more dedicated, caring bunch of chiropractors in the Lansing area. Made a believer out of me, and I was a total skeptic going in. Fantastic with kids… Made a special trip to the office on their day off to adjust my wife after her water broke… And I trusted them with my newborn three weeks later. Fantastic place.

They’re very good to you if you make sure you adhere to their care plan & and their standard of care is very high, but woe be upon you if you lapse & then want care again. In my case my initial issue was resolved with physical therapy after I wasn’t responding to chiropractic, so I stopped coming in. Then I woke up one morning over a year later with searing sciatic pain, to the point where I could barely walk. Thinking they could surely squeeze me in for an emergency like that, I called only to be told rather coldly that I was now essentially a new patient to them & they couldn’t do anything to help me for a week — and only if I shelled out another $ 120+ for an initial exam & x-​rays again. It’s almost cultish… they treat you well if you’re compliant and adhere to their word, but should you fall out of their graces, may [deity of choice] help you.
