ALL LANDLORD BEWARE!!! I agree with all the negative ratings and reviews from other reviewers. The same basic thing happened to us. At first, Shaun is a very good at talking the talk with some paperwork and advice. Then near the end, in October, something was going wrong with Shaun. It coincided with his own legal troubles that he spoke of. He dropped the ball with the Writ of Possession and the Sheriff’s execution of said Writ. He did neither of these important legal papers. He did return my call and said by the end of the day he will refund the unused Sheriff’s fee we prepaid. The next day and no payment in my account I called and emailed him with no response. A month later, he finally called back and again said he will refund our money by the weekend. You can guess what happened, NO money. And, of course, no more returned calls or emails. do not bother, in fact run away.
