Debbie Luscombe – State Farm Insurance Agent

Debbie’s team is really great. First they save me a lot of money switching over and then they handed my claim without fuss. 2 years later they call me again and and a review saves me another couple of bucks. Always friendly, always professional.

I wanted to like this office, I really did, but I’ve never dealt with a less professional agency of any kind in my life. You know those commercials where after you get in an accident your agent is right there with a helping hand? After I made a mistake Debbies office was right there yelling at me because of how much money I cost state farm. I thought the purpose of insurance was to cover things like that. I always pay my dues on time and have never been anything but polite to this agency in my 7 years as a customer and now I’m taking my money elsewhere.
State Farm overall has treated me well but after this experience I’m moving my home and auto insurance to another company. I will never use her as an agent again.
I’m obviously a disgruntled customer but its laughable how salesy the other review here is, clearly illegitimate.

If you need a full-​service insurance company you should use Debbie Luscombe at State Farm. She is smart, informative and will give you honest recommedations for your insurance needs. I have several rental buildings, a boat, a car, a motorcycle and a scooter. She is able to handle them all.
Also, so many insurance agents are on your account for 6 months and then you don’t know what happened. One day you get a letter from some guy that is your new agent. You won’t have to worry about that with her. She has been in business for years and is available to help you when you need her.
