Jimmy John’s

I like my subs warm, and I’ve always wished that Jimmy John’s would heat/​toast their subs. They’ve got good bread and quality ingredients, but I tend not to get food there because they only have cold subs.
Anyway, my wife and I went today for their $ 1 sub promotion (because who wouldn’t), and my wife is 7 months pregnant. For those who don’t know, it’s not good for pregnant women to eat cold deli meat. We asked if they could heat up the meat for her, and they wouldn’t do it. They said they don’t have anything to heat it up.
You know who does heat up subs for pregnant women? Jersey Mike’s. That’s right, they take good care of their customers. And if you don’t have a machine to heat up your food with, that’s a problem. My loyalty will be staying with Jersey Mike’s.

I’ve ordered from this jimmy johns for over 5 years and the new staff is ruining the place. I’ll start with this. So about 2 weeks ago I ordered some food online like I always do. Right after my order was confirmed and they took my money (I paid with credit card) they called and said that my order would be delayed about 15 minutes and I said ok. So 35 minutes passes and nothing, i call them and they say the drivers on the way! I said ok. 30 minutes later no food is at my house. I called again and yet again I get the same story that the driver is on the way. After I’ve been waiting for an hour and 45 minutes and still didn’t receive my food I called a final time to cancel my order. The male manager at the time said he was very sorry and would give me a credit for the 2 sandwiches the next time I order and he would tell the driver to hurry. I said ok that sounds good. The driver gets to my house after 2 hours and I get my food. Fast forward to today 10÷12÷14 I call to get my credit and I guess the «new manager» had no idea that I had credit and gave me an extremely hard time. Remember I’ve been ordering from this jimmy johns for over 5 YEARS and she told me she couldn’t find my records. I will NEVER buy from this jimmy johns again after this experience.

If you want a fresh, quality sub and friendly service, give this Jimmy John’s a try. The sandwiches are cold, the prices are reasonable, and the ambiance was designed to feel casual with a sense of humor. Expect to order a pre-​designed sandwich rather than a completely custom sub. They do let you customize a sandwich, but the value is there when you order directly from the menu.
On-​line ordering is a breeze. The time lapsed between submitting an on-​line order to delivery at my door is about twenty minutes. Some places tend to have communications problems between their on-​line ordering system and the kitchen. This Jimmy John’s does not have that problem.
I don’t know about catering from this location in particular, but I have catered events from other Jimmy John’s in the past. The offerings were diverse and high quality enough to please the crowd.

The sandwiches are ok. Nothing really to brag about. The bread is good. One time my mom found a hair in her tuna though. ew. The salt and vinegar chips are very good. The cookies are ok. If you want something fast and not too bad tasting food than go to jimmy johns.
