Day before back to school and I’m here picking up my shirts for work. I teach and i was notified via text message that my order was ready for pick up on Saturday. Today is Sunday. There is no «pick up» poster, no manager organizing a line that differs in purchasing or picking up orders. Extremely disorganized, a lot of parents frustrated, incorrect orders left and right. Phone calls being left unanswered. Employees being trained on the spot, some not knowing how to work the register. Manager tells me that my order was picked up by someone else and then tells me «oh here it is!» in Spanish.

Went to this store in the middle of last year after PCSing to Miami and my kids needed uniforms for school… they were super friendly and gave a great military discount and said they supported our military and were very happy to help. Due to my great experience I went back here and it was the complete OPPOSITE!!! Staff was very rude and didn’t know anything I asked them… when checking out I asked about the discount and they said they didn’t know and asked a man that came from the back (assuming an owner??) He didn’t even let him finish and said NO to the discount. I asked if it was under new ownership now and the man said NO very rudely and I let them know that is why I went back to that location but that is fine that I will not make that mistake again!
