I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Horrible customer service, VERY rude staff and are completely clueless of the incidents happening with the kids. I enrolled my son for their Summer Camp and canceled the contract within 3 weeks! A staff member called my 8 year old «stupid» because he didn’t make a goal while playing soccer, kids are left unattended and the woman in the front desk solves every issue by telling you {before you even finish your sentence} «I’ll have the instructor call you,» which you’ll find yourself calling again and again before you get any kind of response or solution to the problem. In addition, we were still being charged after canceling the contract, so now it’s a matter of waiting for a refund. There’s no welcoming smile, talking to her is like talking to a wall, and although the instructor seems a little more charismatic he can be just as rude as she is. Do yourself a favor and do not enroll your children here. It’s not worth the headache.

This group uses ASF International to bill it’s customers on contract. If your child is injured or unable to participate. They will continue billing you and will not under any circumstances stop the charges against your account ($ 100/​month) unless you spend at least $ 90 to put a stop order in against them. They don’t mention that ASF has an informal policy that they don’t allow anyone to stop their membership. ASF International will try different angles to hack your bank account so do not, under any circumstances, allow this organization to have any of your personal information. After you put in a stop against them they’ll continue sending you bills. Just a heads up.
I like the instructors and the Manager on a personal level. But unless they cut the ties with ASF, it’s all downhill from here. I highly recommend the gym from a competitive and sport athletics program, just don’t give them access to your accounts or sign any agreements to allow automatic charges to your account. You will regret it.
