Andy Fisher and Sons Jewelers

Andy is the nicest most helpful, professional, and honest individual I’ve encountered in the Miami Dade jewelry scene. I went to him (and many others) for help finding a ruby and had very specific requirements. I showed up just after the store closed but he reopened it for me and spent over half an hour going through things with me. A true professional, you don’t see customer service like his in Miami. He also never tried to lie to me, when it comes to precious stones you have to do your homework and know what you are buying. You would not believe some of the things jewelry store owners told me, like: «Oh, nobody heat treats rubies.» Like I’m an idiot or something. Andy was courteous enough to assume I’m not a moron, that even if I hadn’t done my homework I could look stuff up.
