out for the tall hispanic lady she is rude and disrespectful!!! i will not nor my family rent from enterprise as long as she is employed with that company!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Yet again this company has failed to meet customer satisfaction expectations. Upon my previous review, I have been emailed by a care representative stating the situation has been escalated. It has been nearly two weeks and no one has reached out. On top of that when I follow up with the rep she says that they have been trying to reach me. I have received ZERO phone calls, voicemails or emails from any superior.
The WORST company ever! They’re pure garbage.

Bad customer service ! The lady tried to give us a car she wanted not what we wanted and lied to us saying they didn’t have any economic cars. Also, we waited an hour and people who came in after us left with a car in no time ! Very disappointed with this location. Don’t come here. Watch out for the tall hispanic lady.

Bad choice if your running a business and expect to get your vehicle at the actual reservation time you make. We went to pick up our reserved van for an event and we were ask to come back later. It seams to me, obviously reservations are meaningless to this company. We run our business on time and expect the company’s we use to do the same.
They did however jump through some hoops and get us a van about an hour later. So thank you Adriana for your additional help

Had a reservation for 8am… get there 830am and I am told the car was being cleaned. Turns out the car was not being cleaned because it was sitting out front of the office, so I waited for 20 minutes for nothing. When I get in the car it was less than ½ a tank of fuel and dirty. Management is poor and the service is slow.

The guy helping us was very rude. He didnt know what he was doing. Instead of giving us options for a rental car he chose whatever he felt we wanted. It ended up being a smart car and he was surprised when we said we didn’t want that. He made the whole experience suck. We asked him what cars he had available and he said he didn’t know. We had to leave without a car. Would not recommend this location. Service sucks.

Thank you so much to the Enterprise Location in Homestead! the staff and Manager are very polite and accommodating. I rented a car for the Thanksgiving Holiday and actually needed it one day more, I called and very simple they told me no problem enjoy for the additional day and when I brought it back they were so nice and service was fast and I was out and done in no time Love it! thank you, you guys are awesome will be back for Christmas!

I had an amazing experience, I went in with my sister to pick up our rental for our weekend trip to Gainesville and it was a pretty enjoyable experience. We originally went in to pick up an intermediate car and the manager was nice enough to offer us an suv for a little more. The car was amazing and the staff was great.

Insurance agency arranged rental. They provided a car one class down from the authorized class. Employees always have to defer to a manager, apparently there is only one, it can take a day or more to get the managers decision. Five months after end of rental they charge my account several hundred dollars versus talking to insurance company, who already mailed the check several weeks previously. Learning that dealing with Enterprise is a hit or miss proposition. I have only had outstanding customer service with Enterprise or horrible customer service. This enterprise was the latter of the two.

Over the phone they sound like you will get the best customer service, but when you start processing the paperwork it’s when your start experiencing difficulties.
I have travel around the world even islands considered in the third world country but I got the worst customer service ever.
First, they treat you like one of the locals. To rent a car at this location, be prepare to bring proof of residence and your birth certificate.
Second, be prepare to get a dirty vehicle with strong smell of cigarette.
Third, make sure you double check their business hours. They tell you one thing over the phone when in real life they misinform you.
Check with Budget or Hertz first before you rent with Enterprise in Homestead.

Still good customer service in south Florida. I had a car accident and was fortunate enough to be referred to Enterprise for a rental by Insurance. I was so impressed by their customer service. The 2 representative working11/​1/​2012 at about 5:45pm were so professional. This was above my expectation especially in FL. I moving to FL from NC and FL has the worst customer service except at enterprise rental. I highly recommend them!
