Place ok but owners /​management can’t be trusted. Even if you have confirmed reservation, in writing, they will cancel yours if they get a better deal.

It was difficult to decide on the number of stars because while this place was nothing special, it was very clean, safe, and conveniently located. However it was mostly a large mobile home complex of permanent residents with few RV spaces. And while we were able to back into our site, the streets were very narrow with residential mailboxes that made maneuvering a 45 foot RV a bit tight. It’s a gated community and the residents were of all ages. Cute place and, as stated, safe and clean. For the price, it was worth it.
