If you want to say, «Ah, life is good with my home» this is not the place to live in. Just take a moment to think that and the next month or 2 you’ll definitely have some kind of maintenance issue. Whether it’s the plumbing clogging up on you repeatedly within days or whether you thought they had a pool and you would like to relax and actually use it or management giving you a late fee of $ 175 because you tried their NEW” online payment system that doesn’t work, so your payment didn’t go through again and though it’s their fault they still want you to write an email explaining the shit, no think again. When I first moved in, I spent 6 months with the garbage disposal shutting off and the dirty, smelling water backing up through the dishwasher and spilling onto my floor and carpet. And though I reported it and they knew it was not a healthy environment: do you suppose they fix it right away? NO. Every 2 months something is wrong with the pool. I’ve had two neighbors already racking up water bills of $ 4000 plus because of the plumbing breaking down somewhere underground and the water leaking out for days. Another neighbor living for over a years with mold because they couldn’t figure out what was cause her cabinets to get wet and rot from behind. And these are just a few stories. And the ass management is so sneaky that after years of people complaining they waited right when they had an annual check from the owner, they fixed a lot of things [temporarily] just for the owner to pass by. Well, all they did was paint the outside fence and fix the pool [which was good for about 6 months and then so called problems again]. On top of the fact that the office staff members have terrible attitude or they might be sweet, and you’ll think the problems you’re complaining about will get resolved, no it’s just a sham. They leave for lunch or about 2 hours and leave no one to attend the office for that amount of time. And the so called community computers they have(they have about 5) only 1 of them actually work and have internet access. I’ve been living here for 3 years with consistent issues with these people because I don’t have the funds to move, but I pray to God I can have His mercy, because there is only so much you can take. And, because I am the patient type that thinks maybe things will get better and because at least they do fumigate, but in this case the patience is running out. Also, because I know that the law says they have to fix it within 30 days and so I already had a few run ins with the office staff, but I feel horrible for some of these residents that don’t know any better; it is still a headache to have to deal with this every few months. They wheel you in with the exterior but once you move in and given your deposit, is one problem after the next. Every 6 – 8 months people quit and the problems stay half-assed and you have to complain all over again. This place needs new considerate management that understands that they have not done their job either, with customer service and life skills and a good 12 – 16 months to reconstruct and or fix all these issues.
