Excellent attorney and great person!

I have used David Paz twice. Once for a ticket I received in a car crash, and this ticket was dismissed.
The second ticket, however, was a speeding ticket. I did show up to this court date in case I needed to speak and David Paz sent one of his «associates» and this «associate» arrived late to the hearing, and when they called my name he was not there to say anything on my behalf. I saw this «associate» (which at the time I didn’t know he was sent by the office of David Paz) waltz into the court room late, speak the an attorney on the side of the judge and then left just as fast as he went.
At the end of the hearing they asked if someone’s name hadn’t been called and I indicated that I had not heard my name called.
The Judge and clerks informed me that the «man who had walked in late was my attorney, and that the outcome was a withhold of adjudication and i’m stuck paying a $ 200 ticket plus court costs. I pleaded with the court to let me speak on my own behalf, that I did not feel that I had my day in court b/​c this so called attorney arrived late and didn’t even say anything on my behalf to try to have the ticket dismissed or the fine at least lowered. The court told me I was out of luck.
So in short, DO NOT USE DAVID PAZ’S SERVICES. The attorneys they employ are unprofessional (arriving late) and they will not open their mouth for you so long as you don’t get point. They don’t care how much your ticket it.
P. S. I have only had one other speeding ticket in my life more than 5 years ago so my driving record was «good enough» to have the ticket dismissed or fine at least lowered.

David Paz is my go-​to-​guy for any tickets in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach.
I’ve never seen him fail, between my dad, friends, drivers at work and myself I have seen him handle a lot of tickets and none of us got any points.
He never guarantees «no points» but he has never let me down and I don’t see that changing any time soon.
