McDonald’s

Worst service ever. Always makes me wait 30 minutes to place an order. This place just opened and they are terrible. Rude drive thou service. I hate the McDonald’s. –1000 pts. Made me pay for a small cup of water. Which is suppose to be FREE. Inexperienced employees. I love McDonald’s but I 100% HATE this one.

Been going to this location since it opened. Is close to my house. Decided to go through the drive tru for the first time the other day and it wasn’t the greatest.
Long wait. Ordered a milk shake and 2 apple pies.
When went to pick up the food at the second window was told that the milkshake machine was not working. Should have been told this when placed the order and/​or when paid for it. I was given a refund for the milkshake.
Was not charged the regular price of 2 for $ 1.00 for the 2 apple pies as have been charged before when got them.
Seems that depending of who takes your order, is what you get charged for them. This is not the first time that this happens.
I contacted McDonald’s via their web site regarding this. I received a response telling me that a franchise manager will get back to me. It has been a week and still nothing.

Drive thru is a NIGHTMARE! Do not come through when you real hungry cause you probably gonna die in the process of waiting not for your food but for them to take the order! Ridiculous!
The cashiers or whoever is there to take your order never say hello! Not a good morning or a good evening, thank you for coming… I think if they would only know that they’re getting payed because we are the ones buying, they’d be better at doing their jobs!
And so many complain like its the customer fault! Nahhh honey, maybe you should get a job you like so you won’t be so sour and rude on this one.

New location… Slow, double drive thru. Apparently they’re not used to keeping both lanes moving as the associate working the speaker asked me for my order twice after I placed it. But the other associates were polite and made small talk to excuse the line. which was nice and earned another star. Then the woman in front of me decided to basically change her ENTIRE order after paying. But they told her to pull to the side :-). So I got my food quickly.
