Office Depot

This Office Depot, like all Office Depot’s is a customer driven operation. I just can’t see giving a store 1 star because the line was line was long at the Print Center or the front Cash register.
There’s something about the inability to wait to be served while a customer ahead waited their to be served. That’s not a 1 star situation.
I went into the store on 6÷11÷3016 to print 100 copies of a Graduation Program for my church. I waited about 7 minutes in line and while I was waiting, Abigail the clerk recognized me and said she would be right with me.
Just another 2 minutes and I was at the counter. Abigail seemed to be aware of her surroundings and skilled enough to handle about 2 to 3 clients at a time. My job was a simple 2-​sided job and I brought in the files on a SD drive.
Abigail was very pleasant and professional, and I was out in 15 min tops.

He is a jerk, gave us dirty looks because we came in 15 min before the store closed, when I apologized, he looked at me and turned his head away ignoring my comment.

Great service! Such a pleasure after the rotten experience just up the street at Office max! And they stand behind their products. If my paper shredder is defective, I will get a full refund (unlike OfficeMax who charges a restocking fee!)

I got duped at the copy and print center! I went to have a lot of documents printed off of a zip drive and they only printed out half of the documents and then gave me duplicates of the documents that they did print! Shame on you!!! Other than the store is OK.
