The best office supply store in homestead. I’ve been shopping in this store for over 10 years. The staff is very polite & very knowledgeable. Especially the manager Alex. Best customer service at this place.

Want to know why I gave Officemax two stars? Well, if I didn’t have to wait 40 minutes to print 7 sheets of card stock photo booth props I would have given it a higher rating.
This location was clearly understaffed. Despite waiting a long time, the printing rep was very apologetic, extremely nice and the printing quality was way better than my home office HP Laserjet.

Unbelievably poor customer service! I purchased a paper shredder which was defective. It quit working less than 24 hours after purchase. When I returned it the next morning OfficeMax refused to give me a full refund and charged me a restocking fee! I explained that I would have kept it if it worked but they said that if it can’t be put back on the shelf to sell a restocking fee is applied! Save your self time and go to the Office Depot right down the street.
Wish I could leave less than 1 star!
