T & T Nails

First time owner’s daughter did my nails. She did a Horrible job when I went back to get it fixed: she was a straight bitch. Next technician did my nails with everything chipping the week after. I went back again & the same Bitch said that I would have to pay Again because the tech was sick. Called the owner & he told me to come in. When I come, he isn’t there so I call again. He now says there’s nothing that he can do with his bitchy Daughter in the background telling me to find somewhere else to go. Unprofessional: do not go here! Waste of money: they know nothing about doing nails or customer service. On top of that the owner & son were fighting & cursing each other out. Nice. Brother called his own sister a bitch

I would’ve left no stars if it was possible, the employees are RUDE, I live around the area so I decided to give them a try wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

had gel nails done. the worst bunch of crap i have ever had done!!! Just went to another salon to get them removed. Wish i could give ZERO stars!!!

Total sweat shop. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I’m nearly certain I saw the owner TAKE AWAY THE TIP I gave my manicurist — just take it away! He also overcharged me, and the place was filthy, with nail clippings everywhere. It’s a shame, because my manicurist was really nice and did a good job. She doesn’t deserve such terrible work conditions. Boycott this place!

I paid $ 60 for a wack job. Absolutely regret it and extremely upset and disappointed. The lady May is super fast she broke my toe nail by filing it so fast she painted my nails so fast she did a bad job I can honestly have done this better myself. I got the gel powder acrylics and they came out looking like acrylics and looking cheap when it’s supposed to look natural. I’m never going back. Don’t go!

This place started out decent. The lady who did my pedicure was nice, took her time and asked what I wanted every step of the way. THEN I sit with a gentlemen for an acrylic refill on my nails. I said acrylic several times. When he finished filing he grabs the polish. I asked if I should wash my hands first and he says, no you have gel nails. At the end of the day, I paid extra for what I didn’t want AND the refill is the WORST I have had since I was a teenager and even so… it may even be worse.
In addition, in the middle of getting my nails done an argument erupts between 5 of the 6 people working and they are yelling, it’s your fault you are wrong for at least 10 min. I was so frustrated I had to leave. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE. I RECOMMEND YOU NEVER GO.

Never going back… no customer service. I walked in waited over ten minutes, no one said boo to me. They are too busy eating and talking to each other to service a customer.

I wanted to like this place, I did. It seemed like they were doing my friends nails perfectly, but then she asked for a heart on the corner of her nail. The man doing her nails didn’t know how to do it and asked another woman to do it for her. HA! What a joke! It came out looking like horns on a bull or something.
We got here late… Around closing, but they knew what we wanted and welcomed us in. The two girls I was with asked for pedicures, one refill, full set and eyebrows. The nails got done, but what a mission for the feet. Everyone left at closing time and about 3 people were left. 2 of which whom were already doing someone else’s feet.
The pedicure bath was not cleaned before my friend went on nor were the cuticle cutters and other tools sterilized after they were used for someone 5 mins before. When we asked if they did that on a regular basis they acted like they couldn’t understand us. Thank goodness for Spring Break, a daughter was there and translated for us.
Bottom line is, like what Raquel mentioned in her review, RUN AWAY, don’t walk!

This place is disgusting. Dust everywhere, looks unclean and upon arrival the front desk has a stack of mail that hasn’t been checked in easily 6 months! Run don’t walk!!!
