Subway

It’s a little hidden, so every time we go it’s a bit lonely, which is not a bad thing. I like this Subway more than the surrounding Subway’s, because the customer service is always exceptional! Last time, it was only one employee helping 3 customers, she was very friendly, and fast. I couldn’t have been happier with her service, she was great. The only surrounding Subway that puts enough, or more than average without extra charge!

Hands down the worst Subway anyone can ever go to.
This review is based on two experiences. If I have a bad experience somewhere, I always give it a second chance before handing out my opinions. But on that note, here we go:
First and foremost, service is unacceptably slow. They do not accept coupons of any kind (and they tell you that when you are ready to pay when they clearly see you holding the coupon). When it comes to the $ 5 Footlong month special, they almost always «run out». Interesting? How can you run out of a sandwich when you’re never busy?
Veggies are mushy and soggy, lettuce is brown. Prices are between 60 cents and $ 1.30 more on just about everything. Employees there do not care if you are dissatisfied. If you live in the area and refuse to go to Subway because of this particular one, just travel 1 mile north to 82^nd and Pulaski and go there. I promise it’s as different as night and day. The subs are cheaper and they offer more $ 5 footlongs. Plus, everything is noticeably fresher and the staff is very pleasant.
I’d give Hometown Subway a negative star if possible.

Located in the Hometown Plaza, Ive only been here twice and the service is lacking. 1^st time I went in at 11:30am to beat the lunch crowd. I ordered 4 meatball sammys and they only had enough to make me 3!
I asked the girl how can they run out when they just opened and nobody has ordered them yet AND the meatballs are the monthly special for $ 5 footlongs? She shrugs.
2^nd time was a week ago and a different lady REFUSES to toast my sub cuz (I) didnt tell her in time and now the lettuce is on on it? Spluh? Huh?
I was gonna complain to subway but shes older and I didnt wanna cost her the job… jeesh.
