I inherited a bunch of video game systems from a storage space. Many of them broken. I was going to toss them, until someone told me about Back in the Game and their repairs. They repaired all of my systems(PS2, 360, PS3 and ORIGINALNINTENDO) for an awesome price. Some of the systems I had were unrepairable, and they bough them off me anyway for some store credit. Pretty sweet deal.

They just opened right next to the gamestop, so I expected either competitive prices or service. The prices for their 5+yr old used games are usually double that of gamestop however. The owner is happy to mention their price matching policy, except when you actually want something specific. I loathe gamestop and welcomed the opportunity to use this. I come in with an advert of a 2-yr old new game going for $ 20 at a competitor, and he tells me the best he can do is $ 50. The worst part is easily the service though. The owner is an insufferable kiss-*** who over-emphasizes words like«cool» and«awesome» for anyone under 40 in a condescending way. The man knows basically nothing about his trade, surprisingly. He kept asking questions that his clerk had to shut down because the clerk probably at least read a wikipedia article on video games. He also likes to throw out little comments like«That game you’re holding got amazing reviews.» I asked him to recount literally anything from them; he dropped the subject. Rule of thumb, if your staff is so aggressively helpful that they physically get between you and the product you’re inspecting, they need to tone it down. Also, invading the 6-inch personal space barrier does not make you seem friendly, just annoying.
