Domino’s Pizza

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! After receiving an incomplete order and notifying the driver of his mistake he then proceeded to aggressively lunge toward me as he called me a «mother fu%#er!» on my doorstep. Spend your money elsewhere at least until «Robert» the quick tempered delivery driver with poor attention to detail is relieved from his post.

Pizza is my all time favorite food and I won’t eat just any old pizza lol, and this pizza is delicious. I just went here today. I ordered a large ultimate pepperoni pizza, and the lava crunch cakes. All of the employees I encountered were extremely friendly. I didn’t have to wait once I got there, my order was 100% correct and the pizza is really good. I was kind of afraid after reading some of the other reviews, but I am so glad I decided to give them a try. I’ll definitely be back!!!

The absolute worst service ever. The manager, Dominique, was incredibly rude and unconcerned. The driver did everything but curse me out on the phone. 60 minutes after ordering still no pizza. Do not waste your time or energy with this place. Their food is mediocre at best. But the service is downright disgraceful. We had no less than 6 lights on (driveway, yard, porch, over door), and they couldn’t find the house to deliver. The driver got rude with me about it. NEVER AGAIN!
This is not the first or even second bad experience. They’ve delivered wrong pizza, lost the order… It took me a long time to go back the last time. NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered a large 1 topping pizza for their m-​t special on the app for 7.99. Ordered extra sauce extra cheese and extra pepperoni. Pizza had barely a trace of sauce on it. A mediocre amount of cheese and pepperoni. Went to pickup and pizza wasn’t hot but mildly warm. I ordered it and promptly went to pick it up 10 mins later. This is the second time it has occured. The first time I ordered just the extra sauce and received a less than normal amount. It’s like anything, it’s good or even great when it first opens but then things begin to degrade. Homewood has an abundance pizza options so you need to step it back up. Third time will be the charm?

I have used them, as a last resort, several times. Either the driver has gotten lost, the order was wrong, the pizza was cold or the person I spoke to on the phone was rude. I believe I have ordered from them 4 times in the last 6 months and not one time have I had a good experience! Don’t use them, Homewood has the best pizza place in the country, Aurelios!

I ordered once, it was delivered undercooked. Called and they remade my order and re delivered it. Still undercooked the second time. I call the manager and she did not give a damn. Save your time and money and hunger. It’s not worth it.

Food is fine. When they make the order. Called in for a large pizza lava cakes and cheesy bread. Get here everything is done except they didn’t even make the lava cakes. When I got my food to the car I tore off a piece of cheesy bread and it was not even cheesy bread. From order time to when they finally got it all made right. Almost an hour. And then they was to give me a 2 litter of coke for my trouble? I tell them that is not even worth it and walk out.

I avoided Domino’s like the plague, but I had heard a few good things since they changed their recipes, so I gave them a try. I have to say, my husband and I really like it. We order the crispy thin crust, which is delicious, topped with marinara, mushrooms and green pepper for me and he gets the garlic and mushroom on the Parmesan sauce. Both are really, really good. He always picks the order up and says the staff is very efficient and pleasant.
We use their app to order, which I love. Easy and fast.

This location is just bad… awful customer service. There are so many better options in town.

This store doesn’t even deserve 1 star! I am highly disappointed about my visit on October 18, 2014. I attended the anniversary special at the Homewood Illinois store on 2141 183^rd street. It was a disaster! The lines where long and I stood in it for 2 hours before I finally was able to purchase my 5 pizzas. I can say that the crowd of people was extremely patient and friendly so it was a pleasant experience until I entered the store. The pizzeria was crowed and the pizzas were made extremely slow. Also the staff and the manger were extremely mean and the cursed at us customers numerous times! Yes they cursed at the customers and told us «If you don’t like how im running this fucking store then you are free to leave». She spent a lot of time arguing with customers and it was extremely unprofessional.
The management of the store was ineffective that day. After paying for the pizza, people gave their name and phone numbers. We also had a receipt that had our order number on it. So it shouldn’t have been any confusion about what customers ordered. Instead the staff refused to follow the receipt number. They randomly handed out pizzas to anybody that cut into the front of the line. Due to this, people’s orders got mixed up and production ceased, it was a disaster. The crowd was pissed! Why would they just randomly give pizzas away like that?!
The manager began to become frustrated and she told the entire store to leave, even the people that paid for their pizza. She argued with the customers and she instructed the staff to push a tall, blue cart into the crowed to get us to move away from the counter, and there were small children in the way! She called the police. It was a disgusting sight.
We as customers came to the store to spend our money and we were treated like criminals and animals. When the police came everybody left empty handed! Even the people that spent hours in line and that had paid for their pizza was tossed out! Wow, this was your idea to have a dollar pizza special, the customers didn’t do anything wrong, but we were mistreated and wasted out time.
I also want to add that the workers were preparing food without hair net or gloves on. That is a health code violation! I’m sure that you want to keep the customers that you have! The word of mouth is powerful… This store will further destroy Dominos reputation.

Good pizza but obviously they don’t listen well because they got my order wrong… So thanks dominoes

This chain needs to die. It takes nearly 3 minutes of listening to commercials just to answer the phone. The pizza is late and the ugh after another 3 minutes of commercial time on the phone told me they are busy. They shouldn’t be. Please stop
