Hilariously, did NOT fix it «1st.» Instead, they scratched our newly refinished floors when moving the fridge, took 2 trips to replace a part, and didn’t fix the fridge. It was cool for about 2 days and is now 90 degrees inside again. My floors are destroyed. My fridge is hot and I have no food. And Fix It 1st is nowhere to be found.

If I could give this company negative stars I would, they are completely unprofessional! My Home Warranty Company sent them out to repair my oven and I am still waiting on a call from them, tomorrow will be two weeks since the repairman came out. You can not call and speak to someone, your only option is to leave a message which they never return. I also tried emailing them with no response either. I had to get HWA involved and I filed a complaint on this vendor, who according to HWA is supposed to be a VIP Vendor! I would advise people to stay far away from this company and not do business with them period!

My roommate and I were worried by the low reviews when our home warranty company dispatched this company to fix our freezer(something was leaking), but I was pleasantly surprised! I had a great experience with this company. Not only was our repairman on-time, he was 10 minutes early! He quickly diagnosed the problem(defroster thing wasn’t working correctly) and was done in less than 45 minutes. Our repairman(name started with a J) was friendly and helpful in answering my freezer questions.

I will give zero if I can. My home warranty company dispatch fix it first. It was the worse experience ever. He was never on time on the both visits, first to diagnose the issue and 2nd visit to replace the parts he got. After 2nd visit washer is still broken and he somehow needs a 2nd opinion which means the warranty company to dispatch a different company. How is this company stay in business but they can’t do anything themselves. Tim is also the technician that came out twice. Wasted 2+ weeks for the visits and still not resolved.

This business is completely unprofessional! My washer has been malfunctioning. The technician, Tim, came to do a diagnostic visit. He did not find a problem, but my washer was having the same problems after his visit. I tried to call them back multiple times within the next couple of weeks in order to have Tim come back out and reevaluate my washer. The $ 60 I paid for the diagnostic visit was supposed to be applied to a future visit as long as it was within 30 days. I called and called, and they never returned my calls to schedule another appointment. So, they basically stole my $ 60 and my washer still does not work properly. I tried to dispute the charge on my credit card, but somehow I still had to pay! I do not mind paying for good service, but I DO mind wasting my money and not having a fixed washer. And there is NO excuse for them being unprofessional and not returning my calls for appointments.
