My wife was suffering much pain & misery as the result of another gastroenterologist having improperly installed the wrong gastrostomy tube (a/​k/​a g-​tube). Dr. Kaiser accurately diagnosed this after hearing her symptoms over the phone and efficiently installed a replacement g-​tube the next day. He is an excellent, kind and considerate physician who took the time to explain what he had done and why he had done it.
