I wish there was a –1 star I could give this establishment. I went here probably three times too many in the past 6 months and the customer service sucks! Not only is the drive-thru times longer than 10 minutes, but that’s before you even place your order. Let’s not talk about when Shaniqua or LaTifa finish screwing up your order. Some may feel this is extreme, but management is non existent or they were trained by robots. Not only is the food EXPENSIVE for starters, but smile! Act like you are giving me service, not your nasty attitude because some guy didn’t like you on Facebook! Most of the time, it’s a woman in the drive-thru, taking my order.

Employees were nice… but I was there to eat the food and I will not be back. They DONOT wear gloves! Ugh, I think I have the stomach flu –something not sanitary about this place

The saga continues. As I was walking up with my coupon for free chicken. A group of people were walking out with their coupons and no chicken. There was no sign on the door. And the lady at the register didn’t say a word until you got up to order. They were not honoring the coupons. But you can mail it in with another form to get a raincheck. Everone was pissed off. People were coming in from the drive-thru and asking for their money back because they were so bent at this whole thing. I said screw it and ordered a couple of chicken wraps. Where’s the chicken? They came in a nice bag. And they were wrapped like a burrito on one end and the other was open. But the first 4 inches of the wrap was empty. Like when you open a bag of potato chips. I thought it was just that one. Nope. Dude, this is just fucked up! I can get more food for the money and put up with a lot less bull shit, just about anywhere. The inside was nice though.
