Mr T’s Barber Studio

Excellent barber with a GREAT personality. I have been routinely going to him for a couple of years now. His prices haven’t changed for many years, and he said he doesn’t intend on changing them any time soon. By appointment only, but he is very accommodating and can usually get you in within an hour or so of the preferred time if the preferred time isn’t available.

All smiles, one of the friendliest barbers and the kids really enjoyed getting their haircut here! I guess a man with photo’s of his grandchildren in his shop is a good indication that he knows how to mellow out even the most impatient child. This barber was full of great stories and brought everyone into the conversation. If you want to know anything about Homewood Mr. T is the source.
Penny bubble gum machine was a hit but even more so his generosity with the after cut treats hidden away. But beware… his kindness will cause you to tip more than the average barber.
The next day when the boys hair settled they were complete disasters. Long uncut strands around the ears, rear was bluntly cut and not tapered, top was cut in uneven layers… Will be taking them to another barber this week to fix the odd cut before school starts. Should have realized something was up when the senior gentleman customer before us was questioning the back of his haircut along the neck… seems it was cut too high so the barber replied «you need to get some sun.»
