Planet Smoothie

With the feeling of a cold coming on, a big dose of vitamins is the thing to do. So I popped into this Planet Smoothie and was amazed at the array of different smoothies available, organized with interesting names like «Captain Kid» and «Chocolate Elvis».
It is possible to make less than healthy choices here, so be wary that just because it’s a smoothie doesn’t make it «light.»
I ended up choosing the Amazon Kick, which is acai, blueberries, strawberries and bananas. And when she handed me the large that I ordered, I was amazed. A large is about a liter of frozen goodness. That’s a lot of tasty fruit smoothie!
Unlike the other smoothie people, Planet Smoothie is just smoothies. A large variety of fruits and some other things. But no sandwiches or wraps or potato chips. Just blenders and fruit.
