Excellent Chinese food and very reasonable prices. Ordered the sweet and sour shrimp combination meal. It was outstanding. Came with soup egg roll and pork fried rice for less than $ 12. Very good service also

What to say: food was delicious, ingredients fresh, veg not overcooked… They were crunchy and flavorful. The onion in the soup tasted like it just came right out of the garden.(Best egg drop soup I have had; even the broth was full of flavor. Egg rolls were hot and crispy, and full of flavor. Dinner for 2 was just over $ 20 with tip, hot tea and no sodas. Service seemed slow but we were hungry after a day of driving. I would recommend for a satisfying and tasty dinner.

This was our first time getting Chinese take-out in Homosassa. Compared to «standard» Chinese, the food was excellent. We had the PuPu tray(very good), the seaweed salad(refreshing surprise… this is a wet salad), beef w/peppers & onions, crystal shrimp(shrimp large & not over cooked), chicken lo mein(very flavorful) and sweet & sour chicken. All the food(except the salad) was piping hot. Mr. Wang’s has turned up the volume on flavor, everything was really good. The meat was tender, the veggies were fresh, there were ample condiments included — soy sauce, hot mustard & duck sauce. The food was ready in a timely fashion. We’re spoiled now, Chinese take-out elsewhere won’t ever be as good!

Cool place! All is fresh and service is really kind… Had steamed dumplings and mongolian chicken — both dishes were carried off well Would definitely come again :)

Food is great. Freshly prepared. Fried noodles to munch on while you wait. Full sit down service unlike most places in the area. Will eat here again for sure!

I love this place. Great prices, good food. Your classic take out joint. No frills Chinese food at its best. Better then near by fast food. If you like New York style Chinese American cuisine(think lemon chicken, excellent free rice, beef broccoli), this is the place!

I love Mr. Wangs. It’s a bit run down inside, but everyone is super friendly. The food is good; definitely no frills. Good value for your money if that is your thing. I always go at least once when I am in town.

Pretty good Chinese food for the area. My grandmother took me here for lunch one day and I was surprised that they were so good. It seems like a lot of Chinese restaurants around here(including Spring Hill/Brooksville) are barely sub par. This place however was pretty decent. They give you large portions and the food tastes better than the normal takeout spots. I’ll be coming back again!

Mr. Wang serves good, no surprise Chinese food on US19. Shrimp lo-mein, kung-pao chicken and steamed dumplings all were fine examples of Chinese food as Americans have come to expect it. In a larger city, this might be a three-star place. Along this stretch of lonely road, Mr. Wang was a welcome find. The shrimp were small, frozen, probably imported, and not particularly impressive, but for a nine dollar lo mein, they worked well enough. The Kung pao dish(and presumably all peppery options) can be had as mild, medium, or hot. Service was prompt and efficient, with the tea pot replenished often and water glasses kept filled.

This is the first Chinese place we’ve tried in Florida and maybe the reviews over-hyped it for me but I found the food to be pretty average. The crab rangoons are not made with cream cheese but instead something more along the lines of mayonnaise which was not my cup of tea.

I got the Szechuan Beef meal and thought it was pretty good. The crab rangoons were lacking the key ingredient of cream cheese(is that not how they make them down here in Florida?). I might come back for something more simple, like boneless spareribs or beef teriyaki and see how they do with the basics.

Wow, what a nice surprise! No buffet, but a full menu. We had the beef and broccoli early bird special(til 5:30), this included soup and an egg roll And really delicious fried rice — generous portions $ 6.75. The service was great. If you like Chinese food you will love this place.

Darn good Chinese food. Ordered several items and found them all to be cooked perfect. General Tso’s was very good.
