Koberlein Environmental Services

Called this company on a Sunday afternoon. The woman I talked to had no answers to any of my questions. If you advertise you are open 24/​7, at least have someone who answers my questions.

We had these folks out to clean our cesspool and install a hatch. We were under the gun due to selling our house. Their guy, who I believe is out of their Liberty NY office, was excellent, thoughtful and professional. In general, everyone we dealt with was helpful and considerate of our situation. The company was flexible and everything was done just as it was explained to us. No reservations in recommending Koberlein.

We had a septic problem that another company said would cost up to $ 1500. Remembering we used this company before, we called them. Ken came out and said we just had tree roots blocking the drain, $ 85 later the problem was fixed! We didn’t even have to have our system drained.
This is a good, HONEST company. They are the best! We can’t thank them enough.

So I’ve owned this house in the country for five years and decided, well, the time has come to pump the septic tank. It’s been a while. A dirty job but has to be done.
So on the recommendation of a couple of people I called Koberlein. This is a well-​established septic system company that serves Wayne and Sullivan Counties. The guy came over, looked in my tank and said to me, hey, you’re OK. Five years notwithstanding, the level wasn’t very high and, given my level of usage, I don’t have to have it pumped now and can wait another couple of years.
How about that? He could have just gone ahead and pumped it and I’d not have been any the wiser, but he’s an ethical guy and this is obviously an ethical establishment. They are A-​OK by me, and I’d recommend ‘em to anybody who needs this dirty but necessary job done.
